Comfortable, quiet, cozy vacation home that was pet friendly, immaculate, and fully stocked. Paul is an ideal host who communicates quickly and completely. We have stayed here several times before and hope to return because it provides such easy access to Lincoln and all the White Mountains have to offer.

My family and I had such a great time staying here, it’s quiet and minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants as well as the attractions. Added bonus with access to pools and hot tubs as well as a fitness center! Can’t wait to come again!

This is second time i have rented from Paul. Property is very clean, bed linens smell fresh. Towels are bright white, and i would again. Gr kids enjoy pool and Octoberfest. Thanks Paul

A heads up on any construction would be great, it was an inconvenience having to park far away from condo.

Everything was great. We cooked most of our meals and found the kitchen well stocked. Home was clean and stocked with cleaning supplies we needed. Location is great. We had one small issue and Paul was only a phone call away and issue was resolved quickly!!! I would love to stay here again but realized that the stairs became an issue by the time the week was over. If there were less stairs , I would be returning next year. Condo is located to many attractions and great restaurants!!!

The host was very responsive, great proximity to Loon mountain, the shuttle was very convenient, plenty of room for everyone. We had a great time.

Place is great, plenty of space, awesome view of the mountain, with access to a nice club with swimming a hot tub. Paul is a wonderful host!

The whole was very clean and well kept! The instructions on what do when first arriving were very helpful and the host was quick to reply to any questions!! Would 100% stay there again!

We had a great time! The vacation home was perfect for our family ski trip. We all enjoyed the amenities, convenient shuttle service, and use of the pools/hot tubs. The host was very responsive and provided comprehensive instructions. Would certainly consider renting again for the next ski season.

We had a great weekend. It’s the perfect house for two families. It’s well stocked with everything you need. The check-in and out instructions were incredibly thorough and easy to follow. We hope to return again!

I appreciated how flexible Paul was as a host. He allowed us to extend our stay for a night when something came up unexpectedly. He is responsive too.

Great Place Near Loon

Paul's place was great and Paul was a great host. Everything was as described and we really enjoyed our stay. The area around Loon has so much to do and Paul's place as close to it all.
