Clean, well stocked, cozy and right on the river. The communication from the owners was fantastic. I found the bed and lounging areas to be comfy. And sitting on the back patio/porch listening to the river was incredible. It was easy to find, easy to access. Absolutely would stay again next time I head to Lincoln.

Great stay!!! It’s a beautiful spot. I loved being right on the river off the back deck. Host was super communicative. We had everything we needed for a great weekend within minutes of our stay and it was clean and well stocked. Will definitely be booking again!

We loved this location! Whale’s tales is less than 10 mins away, Loon Mtn was right down the street and lady’s bathtub was in the backyard!

Cozy, spacious, and convenient

We had a great stay! The place was close to Loon Mountain and very clean and convenient. We particularly liked the fireplace, it was a nice addition to our winter vacation. Kitchen was well stocked.

Great condo close to mountain

We had a lovely stay at this condo. The owners were very easy to communicate with and the condo was excellent. It was very clean and comfortable for my family of four.

There were a lot of options available in Lincoln area when we were looking to book, and we are thrilled we ended up here!!! It’s in a condo community just a few minutes outside of the hustle and bustle of in town and we loved that - very quiet in the summertime and not many cars in the lot during the week but everything we needed was really close by (such as ice cream and Mountain Coffee & Thrift!) only a short drive away. Great central location to all we wanted to do in the White Mountains area. The unit was clean and well decorated and had everything we needed! We loved sitting outside on the deck listening to the river, and we loved that we were bottom floor so we could head right down to the river or right over to the swimming hole that we could see from the deck! What a great place!

The condo is in a great location on the ground floor. The sound of the river out back is so relaxing. The place is very clean and well appointed. The washer & dryer being in the unit was a huge benefit. It was a perfect base for hiking in the White Mountains.

Perfect Ski Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, clean condo right on the river! The location couldn’t be better—just a short drive to the slopes that also has a shuttle. The space was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly cozy after a long day of skiing. Waking up to the peaceful sound of the river was a bonus! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient ski retreat.

Great location for ski weekend at Loon. Shuttle bus picks up outside condo and drops off at Loon 5 mins later. Kitchen well stocked.

Loon ski getaway

We had a great ski weekend. The unit is very cozy and relaxing. I love the layout with two bedrooms/two baths…very spacious! The view is spectacular in the back!! The shuttle to Loon Mountain is very convenient. The owners were very responsive and very attentive. We will definitely stay here again!
