FLAT WITH BALCONY COVENT GARDEN -

OUR TWO BEDROOM FLAT- is a very modern fully furnished flat with design pieces, plasma TV and Blue ray dvd, sound system, a spacious living room with plenty of natural light connected to a balcony with lovely plants facing a private court yard The CHING COURT YARD with cherry trees, flowers and birds.

THE BEDROOMS are very cosy, hard wood floor, double glazing windows and a double and super king size bed with fitted goose feather mattress cover, king size feather pillows, the finest pure cotton bed linen and fresh soft bath towels. And spacious wardrobe with drawers.

THE LOCATION - It is absolute fabulous, just 2 mins walk from the main Tube stations such as COVENT GARDEN AND LEICESTER SQUARE which are both convenient especially when one travels from any HEATHROW TERMINALS avoiding extra taxi fares. We are in the heart of Theatre land, and all the restaurants and museums of London's West End are a short stroll away. Seven Dials is now the premier shopping area of Covent Garden with plenty of unique boutiques. The location is ideal for people who love the theatre and the other arts!

THE HOSTS: Marcus and Rick both work in the theatre and cinema. We are a well travelled couple and enjoy meeting new people. Marcus speaks Portuguese, Italian, and Spanish. We love sharing London with all it has to offer.
This is a wonderful place to have a few friends over for a nice dinner or a couple of drinks.

No Smoking and no shoes indoor as we try to keep the place fresh and clean at all times.

The nearby Mercer and Covent Garden hotels charge hundreds of pounds a night for this location in the heart of the West End, and we think it is much nicer to be in a home away from home in the same place!

NOTE THAT CHECK IN IS FROM 3PM TILL 9PM IF YOU ARRIVE LATE THAN 9PM A £20 FEE WILL BE REQUESTED FOR WAITING AS WE WILL HAVE TO PAY SOMEBODY TO LET YOU IN THE APARTMENT.

Charming Apartment in a Great Location

My sister and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. The location is fabulous. You can easily walk to many parts of London or quickly access a tube station. There are lots of restaurants in the neighborhood and a wonderful cheese shop and several good bakeries nearby. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect spot to stay in London!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Covent Gardens flat!! It is a perfect location, central and close to wonderful shops, restaurants, theatre etc and the neighborhood has a great feel to it. The flat was really nice and had everything we needed and then some. Rick and Marcus supplied kitchen staples, bathrobes, umbrellas and great information on how to enjoy the area. They were super communicative when it came to logistics and answered all my questions very quickly. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Excellent apartment

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. The location is excellent and it had all the amenities we needed. It was very clean and warm and great to come home to after a busy day in London. Would definitely recommend!

Very comfortable and in a wonderful location.

We felt very much at home. The welcome from the landlord was good and we loved the feeling of being “ right in the middle of the action”.

Great flat in Covent Garden

A wonderful 2 bedroom flat in an amazing central location with great access to theatre and underground, easily walk-able to Soho, Charring Cross train, etc. The flat was clean and well appointed, and communication with the host was excellent. We were sad when our stay ended, and wished we had another week!

Great Apartment in Seven Dials

This apartment was amazing! The decor was fantastic. The furnishings were comfortable and perfect for our family. We enjoyed the small balcony complete with window boxes and pots full of beautiful flowers. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook dinner twice while in London. The location is unsurpassed! We were just a few blocks from 3 tube stations, Trafalgar square, Oxford Street, tons of restaurants and pubs and several places to get groceries. Marcus was available to answer any questions we had. We had trouble getting on wifi but he was quick to respond and help solve the problem. If you are a theatre or opera buff you will enjoy the decor. The owners work in the theatre and film business and their collection of books and music shows it. We will definitely stay here again if in London.

Great location

Great location in Covent Garden / Seven Dials. Close to restaurants, theaters and shopping. Nice clean two bedroom apt. Marcus was very responsive. Would stay here again.

Great position for Covent Garden and West End

Well equipped, clean flat. Lovely large living room/kitchen. Very close to Covent Garden and Leicester Square tube stations. Mostly fairly quiet in spite of being on a corner. Shame the balcony was untidy, but weather mostly wasn't good enough to sit outside even if there had been room.

Great flat in a perfect location!

We loved staying at Marcus’ flat. It was very clean, and quiet when the windows are closed. There’s an elevator to get your bags up to the first floor, and a great balcony overlooking the courtyard. Had a great time in London and can’t wait to come back!
