Outstanding location. Easy access to both South Kensington and Knightsbridge tube stations. Very safe neighborhood. Host was very responsive throughout.

Great host and amazing location. Quick walk to Harrods and the Tube. Across the street from pubs and restaurants. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Amazing place to stay.

What a great stay. Location can’t be beat…felt like we were true Londoners staying in a flat. The owner was terrific to work with and so responsive!

The guests were fantastic 5 star. The flat was well kept and clean when they left. We will gladly welcome them again for their future trip to london.

The location of this property was great. 2 beds and baths were great because we were traveling with another couple. The pictures were not entirely accurate. The toilet in the first bathroom is very difficult to use for someone with long legs. The unit could use a little TLC. The biggest issue was there was a homeless man sleeping right outside the bedroom windows. He was very loud, screaming, sweating and coughing the entire night. Made sleeping difficult. Not something the owner can control… but still not ideal. with Maussod was great. We did not spend a ton of time in the flat, so it was perfect for us.

Very nice flat - very close to everything. Full kitchen and laundry quite good. Nice bonus: one bathroom had a really awesome deep tub! Also appreciated all of the North American adapters available. Check-in was super easy and comms with the host were great as well. Flat could use a bit of a refresh but it won't spoil your holiday. Would recommend.

We’re so happy with our stay here. The flat is lovely and the location can’t be beat. No complaints. Would love to come back!

The location was perfect! Check in was great. We did appreciate having a washer and dryer to use. However, the cleanliness of the flat was lacking in the bathrooms and carpeting.

Our host was so nice and very accommodating. We were in a great location. This is a very affordable option in London in a fantastic area. We were able to get to all the sites and activities by the train or bus very easily.

Excellent communication, great location

We had a great experience! Flat was a little run down, but clean, centrally located, and the host was very helpful, communicative and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

Nice Flat and good location.

The Flat overall was nice. Living room, kitchen and bedrooms were great. Each bathroom had its own quirks but nothing that would keep me from staying there again.

The location of this property was wonderful. It was within walking distance to Kensington Palace, Hyde park, Buckingham, etc and great shopping and restaurants. The property is worn and could use some tlc. The owner was kind and easy to communicate with both ahead of time and during our stay. It worked well for our family because we would have had to get 2 hotel rooms and we were able to make breakfast and coffee vefore heading out for the day.

Great location. Very close to the Piccadilly underground line. A very short walk to Harrods.Flat is a cosy little bedsitter. A little cramped in the ensuite, but nothing you can't manage. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Check-in was a doddle. Good communication from the owner right upto arrival and getting settled in.

If you have a high tolerance for wonkiness, the location makes up for the flaws. It was warm, The broken toilet, dripping leaks from duct work, broken drawers, overall run down shabbiness of the flat led to the three stars. However, the host was responsive and friendly. Our toilet stopped working on Dec 24, he got someone out on the 26th, which was understandable due to the Christmas holidays.

I was disappointed by the review. They arrive 23 of January and broke the toilet on the 24th. It cost 250 pounds to have someone to the flat on the 26th to fix. We didn't claim for damages but expected a more friendly review.
