This beautiful 3-bed/2-bath townhome has an open floor plan, sleeps 8, and is conveniently located close to the mountain, restaurants, entertainment and shopping. The second floor, entry level, offers an open-concept living area with a gas fireplace, sectional sofa and 55" flat-screen Smart TV. The living room opens to a large deck with amazing views of Emerald Mountain and Sleeping Giant in the distance, perfect for watching the sunset!  There is an adjacent dining area for 8, fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a third bedroom with dual twin over twin bunk beds. There is also a full-size washer/dryer and plenty of closet space. Upstairs you will find a well lit loft area and soft carpet throughout, and a beautiful bathroom with a stand up shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large closet, flat-screen TV and sitting bench. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a sitting bench.

GETTING AROUND:
Located near the slopes, this Steamboat Springs condo is in the mountains, within a 10-minute walk of Gondola Square and Steamboat Ski Resort. It is close to winter sports such as cross-country skiing and skiing lessons. The Free City Bus is located within a block.

We had a fantastic time at the property. A group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) traveling from Australia. The house was very accomodating for all of us and we were very impressed with the location to Gondola Square. The hot tub and pool was a great addition and was well used after a long day on the hill. The property had some great basic staples when we arrived. The kitchen was absolutely amazing, the only thing we would suggest is a couple more deep plates, tongs and tupperware. These are only very minor details and overall we had an amazing stay. Steamboat is a postcard resort and we would love to come back again. Highly recommend!

Beautifully renovated condo

Absolutely beautiful condo! Very large condo with plenty of room for our family of 6. Everything we needed was there for us. Beautifully renovated, loved the vaulted ceiling and the kitchen! Love SkyRun properties!

Great place and great location

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It had everything we needed and just enough space for everyone. Very convenient location. Even great restaurants and a brewery just down the hill that you could walk to. Would definitely stay here again

Great location, Beautiful Condo

We had a great time staying in Steamboat. The condo is very spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of space, the beds were all very comfortable and we enjoyed the fireplace in the evening. I would highly recommend this stay for anyone who wants comfort, space, and a great location to the ski mountain. The bus to downtown Steamboat was a short walk and very convenient.

Nice remodel close to the mountain

Family stayed here during spring break for winter activities including skiing and tubing. Great location. Very well kept condo. The hot tub was small, but conveniently located and the heated pool was great for the kids. The hot tub didn’t work with the jets until the last day of our stay. The location is great, very close to Apres Burger and taproom, which are amazing. The only downside was most other condos in the area had a shuttle to the square, and with little kids we ended up not taking the 20 min walk in ski gear and rather drove to public parking at a steep price. Overall very pleased and happy with the place. Bunk beds were great for the kids, and king and queen bed very comfortable!

Great Location

Location is walking distance to lifts and the village. While it was definitely clean, it has some wear and tear assuming from prior renters so I’m going to assume they’ll get everything back in working order in the off season.

Perfect Stay!

Property was exactly as described and photographed. It was clean, well maintained, and offered all the basic amenities. Getting to the slopes was also very convenient (shortcut next to Chateau Chamonix / Ski Trail Condominiums that let's you walk straight onto the slopes vs. following the road to the base area). Only criticism would be that it was a little confusing to find. The address provided says "Court" but the street its on says "Lane"

Cozy Mountain Getaway Steps Away from Steamboat Skiing

This Steamboat Springs condo is a perfect mountain getaway. It's incredibly close to the ski lifts, making it super convenient for us to walk to the gondola. The beds are notably comfortable and the interior is beautifully designed, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. We took full advantage of the hot tub! Highly recommend for a comfortable, convenient, and beautiful stay in Steamboat!

A Quiet Place

What a wonderful place Steamboat is. I'm a Colorado native, and had never been there till now. The condo was in a great location with great amenities. Everything was clean and orderly. They even had a back up propane tank on the deck which came in handy. The nice thing about this listing is that it is everything they talk about in the listing along with the pictures being realistic and accurate. Who ever designed/remodeled this condo knew what they were doing with the space. The design flows very well and takes advantage of the space they had, very well done. The pool and hot tub were great as well, our girls loved them. We would stay here again in the future.

Hot days without air-condition

Nice condo in good location. It does appear to have been recently remodeled. My only complaint, and this is my own fault for not reading the "fine print", but the lack of air conditioning when outdoor temps were in the high 80's made for a miserable first night. Although there were fans everywhere to keep air moving, it was difficult to sleep.

Great Summer Vacation

What a great stay! Such an amazing view- we saw the hot air balloons while sipping coffee 2 days in a row! The space was wonderful for our 2 families and the pool was super fun too!

Great Spot!

We really enjoyed the stay! The pool and hot tub were great with entertaining the kids. Wonderful location. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Wish check out was at least to 11:00am.

Great rental!

Don’t let the outside fool you. This property has been fully renovated and is very comfortable. Close to mountain and with a great pool and hot tub. We will be back.

My friends and I rented this condo for a long weekend in Steamboat to celebrate a 50th birthday. It was well apportioned and within walking distance of both the ski area and the bus to downtown. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a hearty breakfast before heading out to the slopes for the day. We also enjoyed the gas fire place in the evening. Highly recommend.

Great place close to the slopes

Parking was easy. Nice Weber grill for steaks. You walk a couple blocks downhill in the morning and can cut into a path where you can then ski down to the gondola. When coming into the unit you want to cut over well before the base and then you end up with about a two block walk in. Unit was clean and cozy.

Top notch amenity and location

What a great property - secluded enough to be quiet but close enough to be extremely convenient (and by convenient I mean within walking distance to base...or ski to gondola via ski trail lane). Condo amenities were perfect. Can't think of 1 thing we needed that wasn't taken care of. Great views off the back deck. Can't wait to use this place next year!
