Family meet up

Our family of five adults had a lovely stay at the Herbage condo. It was very clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The western themed decor is fun. Carla, the owner is a fantastic communicator. We skied 5 days in a row and loved the bus stop right across the street! Would stay here again!

Ski Condo for a Group

We had a great stay! Great directions and information. 3 couples and we each had our own area of the condo. Easy to get to the mountain via ski bus.

Ski vacation

The townhouse was more than we could ask for. Excellent accommodations, close to ski shuttle bus stop, well stocked kitchen. Hope to return in the future.

Great Weekend with Group of Friends

Really enjoyed our stay here in Steamboat! It's in a great location with a short shuttle to the mountain conveniently located right across the street. This townhome feels spacious even with a large group. Lots of great common space to hang out in and a fully stocked kitchen!

Great Snow and a Great Location!

The communication with the owner Carla was great. We loved being a short shuttle ride or drive from the Steamboat lodge. Everything from the towels to the sheets were high quality and very plentiful. We would love to stay here again!

Good location, Nice Host

We enjoyed a short trip to steamboat ski! The location is nice, there is a free bus to the gondola just across the street. Host is very kind and responsible. Highly recommend for ski/snowboard trip to steamboat!

Perfect ski condo!

We have stayed st the herbage before, its a great location and the layout of the condo works well for a couple families to share. Lots of quiet, cozy spots to relax. With enough common space to gather. This condo was great-a fully stocked kitchen made it easy to make meals, the beds were comfortable, the decor was perfect for steamboat! Cant wait to return!

Ski Trip

The condo was perfect. Right on the bus line and about a half-mile walk. Incredibly well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. We would definitely come back.

Co with Kneelands

WE stayed for 3 nights after also staying in Estes Park. The location was convenient and safe. Since we were 2 families though, having two keys might have been nice as the key box was cumbersome.

Great condo with lots of quiet corners. Lots of bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals. Close to bus stop for easy access to skiing. Loved it! Thank you.

Perfect Getaway!

Perfect condo for our ski trip! Lots of space, games, fully stocked kitchen and right across the street from the bus stop. The owners were very responsive to any questions and stocked the condo with all the basics! Highly recommend and hope to return next year!

Would stay here again (winter visit)

The location was convenient to the mountain. Parking was close. Spacious funky split level with multiple comfortable spaces. Nicely updated and well equiped kitchen. Property manager was responsive and helpful.

Nice location, convenient to the mountain. Property is dated but comfortable. Could have been a little cleaner. There was hair on the one shower wall. Overall it was a good experience.

Great Place Steamboat

Place is very large with multiple levels and everything needed to cook and eat. Shuttle just out the parking lot and easy 5 min ride to slopes. 17-20 on the way back. Easy communication and able to work out late check out. Definitely recommend! Great trip!!

Great property and host

Carla was very easy to reach and was very responsive. There was plenty of room and enough sleeping accommodations in for a family of 6. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes/pots/pans and spices. The bus stop was easy to walk to, although there were a few icy spots en route to the stop. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we had an amazing time.

Nice place for family

We had a nice stay for our ski trip to Steamboat. Nice and spacious. Had a little challenge getting access to property as the key in lockbox did not work. Owner was very responsive and had someone come with working key within 15 minutes.

Bit of a Mixed Bag

A small group of us stayed here for the SBT Gravel race. It was a good size for us and convenient to town. Great kitchen and grill! The lower overall rating is due to one bathroom having no shower and my friend in the downstairs bedroom finding a handful of spiders, including in her bed. Sometimes that can’t be helped, but seems there should be some way to keep most of them from coming in. Also note there is no A/C if it is summer. Not an issue once it cools down at night, but it can get warm and stuffy for a good chunk of the day.

Beautiful home in a great spot

My family with two young kids stayed here for a long weekend. The property could have held many more family members and was well stocked for an easy stay. Check in and communication was a breeze. We were able to take the free bus to the Ski base as well as downtown for a great weekend. The pool was almost next door, as well. We would like to come back!

June long weekend

Great location with plenty of shade. Nice parking for 2 vehicles with the pool very close by. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay

We live in Evanston, Illinois, with our family. Joe is a member of Professional Ski Instructors of America and taught all of us to ski. We love Steamboat because of the great skiing, the variety of activities in the summer and winter, the beauty of the mountains, and the welcoming town of Steamboat.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We were traveling in Steamboat in the late 1970's and fell in love with the town. It has changed a lot since then but we love it even more now. We purchased Herbage with the intention of spending time in Colorado both in the summer and winter and we have accomplished that through the years. Our kids grew up coming here and now our grandchildren are creating their own memories in Steamboat. We love Herbage because of the pool and its convenient location. Herbage is a stop on the free city bus route!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We love Herbage because our family is able to spread out over the five levels without feeling crowded. It is so convenient to travel to the ski area in the winter with the bus stop just across the street. We are able to walk to the gondola in the summer and take our grandchildren to the creekside beach at the base area. Our family has a hard time squeezing in all the summer and winter activities during their Steamboat visits since there is so much to do.
