Beautiful Heated Saltwater Pool/Hot Tub Home, 4 Minutes to Beach, Great Biking

It really is paradise. Wake up to Florida sunshine and a stunning view of the pool. Enjoy a lazy day in the pool or relax in the hot tub. If you've never experienced a saltwater pool, the water feels like silk, is clear, and has no chlorine smell. Then off to Barefoot Beach for a spectacular sunset. We've got the beach chairs, and it's only a five-minute drive.

Like to bike? Our home is two minutes from the scenic Vanderbilt Drive bike path, or you can bike in the neighborhood. No worries about the expense and hassle of renting bikes; we have two women's, two men's, and a child's bike available to our guests.

Enjoy the best of everything Bonita Springs and North Naples offer while staying at this lovely home in Bonita Shores, located south of Bonita Beach Road and west of Vanderbilt Drive. Bonita Shores is a quiet neighborhood and a great place to relax and unwind.

Vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan give this spacious home an airy feeling; the French doors leading to the lanai add a touch of elegance. The office has a large desk, chair, printer, and a daybed with a trundle that accommodates two children. Our guests enjoy the new walk-in shower in the main bathroom.

Amenities include smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms with Xfinity cable, quality dinnerware, premium sheets and bath towels and beach towels. On the lanai, chaise lounge chairs and outdoor seating provide a wonderful space to enjoy the pool, hot tub, and starry nights. A grill and gas are provided.

We're committed to doing everything possible to provide guests with a wonderful, memorable, and hassle-free vacation.

Our home is just a short drive from all the great shopping, restaurants, and other attractions in Bonita Beach and North Naples. The Publix Grocery Store is only 1.3 miles away. And our guests can walk to the Royal Scoop, the area's most popular ice cream shop!

Favorite biking destinations are the beautiful Cocohatchee River Park (2.4 miles) and Vanderbilt Beach access in North Naples (4.3 miles). Best of all, no hills!

Four Tommy Bahama beach chairs and a cooler bag are available to take to the beach.

This was our 2nd year staying in this home. In fact we moved the date to travel to Bonita Springs just so that we could stay here again. It's the cleanest place I've ever stayed!

Best rental we’ve ever had!!!!

The house is clean and so comfortable. The owners are very available and helpful and have stocked the kitchen and rooms with everything one would need. The pool and hot tub were perfect for a relaxing vacation. We will definitely be coming back!

We just enjoyed a week long stay at this home. The owners provided thorough communication, a clean and well kept property, and a welcoming environment. The house is well equipped, and in a great location for beach access, grocery shopping, and provides for excellent relaxation on the pool deck. We certainly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again next year.

Perfect oasis

Everything was as clean and neat as anyone could hope when we arrived, and the extra supplies and quiet neighborhood was a bonus. We didn’t have to go far to find great food, beautiful beaches, and interesting attractions and shopping. We’ll be back, and highly recommend this home.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this property in Bonita Springs! The property is clean and well maintained and the online photos don't do it justice. The pool was refreshing during the day and the hot tub relaxing in the evening. Location was a great for our daily beach excursions. The owner was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Perfect quiet retreat

This home has it all!! It’s close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and activities. The home and pool were immaculate and we felt right at home the second we walked through the door! Communication with Paul was extremely easy and he even checked in with us to make sure there were no issues. We had a great vacation here!!!!

The property owner, Paul is very nice and responds immediately. Check-in process was very smooth. Beautiful, clean home with a wonderful pool/hot tub! Close to Barefoot Beach; however, it was still under some construction from Ian so it wasn’t as pretty as the 20 min drive to Lowdermilk Beach. All in all, 5 star stay!

Perfect getaway!

This home was particularly clean and well organized. A lot of attention to detail throughout and excellent communication and responsiveness from the owners. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities - sparkling pool and hot tub, bbq grill, bicycles and special touches throughout the home. This is a BEAUTIFUL property. So many things to do in the area. Don't pass it by.

This property was meticulous upon arrival. It was everything the host(s) had described it to be. Loved the privacy of the beautiful pool area, the incredible ranch home, bikes, beach chairs, all for your use. So many family activities located so close to the house. A "must" if you're looking for a beautiful ranch home w/pool.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The owners checked in to make sure we had all we needed and followed up right before departure. We’ve stayed in many parts of Florida and found that this home is in a very convenient location, near nice beaches, a diverse assortment of restaurants, and all the stores that you may need to pop into to while you are on vacation are nearby.The house itself was exactly what we were looking for, especially the pool and hot tub! The home was clean and spacious. Having additional access to the home through the garage was also helpful when coming home from the beach. From the garage you enter the home through the laundry room, where you could hang towels and deposit your stuff without dragging it through the house. The home was well equipped and it was a great stay. It’s a home I’d recommend to anyone.

Bonita Springs 2023

We had a terrific visit. It was our second time staying at this property. The house is quite comfortable and well furnished including all the needed kitchen equipment for making meals yourself. The pool is fantastic, nice and warm. Close proximity to the beach, great restaurants and, of course, The Royal Scoop. The house showed no damage or impact from the hurricane last fall.

Our first VRBO experience!

This was our first experience with VRBO. We enjoyed it very much! The property was well appointed and very clean which I really appreciate! Everything we needed was there for us. Great neighborhood, quiet and bikes for us to ride. Communication with the owner and property manager was easy and they were always there to make sure we were taken care of. We would highly recommend this property!

Great home and even better hosts!!

Beautiful and well appointed home. Paul and Linda are wonderful hosts and very responsive to all your needs. We were able to bike or walk to a number of restaurants and entertainment. Spent a lot of time just relaxing in the outdoor pool area. Would definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Bonita! 5 stars all the way! Thanks again Paul and Linda.

After many vacations on Sanibel Island, we rented a house in the Bonita Shores neighborhood in January 2018. While biking, we saw a for sale sign and fell in love with a beautiful pool/spa home. Two days later, we submitted an offer, and came home from our vacation with a very large souvenir. It was one of the most spontaneous decisions we've ever made, and as it turned out, also one of the best.

In the next few months, we sold our cabin in Northern Wisconsin, where we had enjoyed fishing, biking, and boating for many years. We also had been renting our cabin for 15 years so we were comfortable doing the same thing only in a much warmer climate.

One of the greatest rewards of renting our cabin in Northern Wisconsin was the positive feedback we received from guests and the relationships we built with them over the years. We are so grateful to see this happening again with our new guests in Bonita Springs, and to hear how much they are enjoying their vacations!

We love having our own pool and spa . . . and the palm trees, lush landscape and proximity to the beach. Bonita Springs and Naples have so much to offer -- fantastic restaurants, shopping, entertainment, boating, fishing, and golf. We enjoy biking, and favorite destinations are Cocohatchee River Park and Vanderbilt Beach at the Bluebill Beach Access about four miles south on the Vanderbilt Drive bike path.
