Location close to Highway 41 and half block to Dunkin Donuts! Short drive or bike ride to Vanderbilt Beach.
Enjoy our heated pool, with no additional pool heating costs!
Stainless Steel Appliances and Smart TVs in Living Room and 2 bedrooms. A cozy vacation rental. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, glasses, plates, wine openers, etc. - all the comforts of your own home!!! The Master Bath features a large walk-in closet. The spacious master bedroom features a Smart TV with Google TV, Queen Size Bed, leather loveseat and French doors which open to screened outside living area.
The Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed, a Smart TV with Google TV and large closet. The main living area also has a Smart TV with Google TV, Blu-ray and a Full Sleeper Sofa. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer with plenty of beach towels, bath towels, linens. Wi-fi, Cable, A.C. and heated pool are all part of the rental. The backyard is fully fenced (concrete wall), inground pool heated to 85 degrees in the winter months, lounge chairs, umbrella and plenty of sunshine. Please feel free to contact me with any special requests you may have to make the property more comfortable for your stay.

Backyard Spectacular

This house is in a cozy neighborhood in North Naples. The backyard is an oasis. It is as visually spectacular as the photos indicate. This property is also pet friendly which is important to us. The only downside was we could not leave our pet’s food out, as she is a grazer, because ants would quickly show up.

Great Location!

We were in town for a softball tournament and the house was perfect for my daughter and I. Great location and easy to get everywhere. The house is very well stocked in the kitchen as well as with beach chairs, towels, etc.

Wonderful getaway spot

This place is great. Wonderful location in North Naples close to everything. You can bike to the beach, and several restaurants nearby (bikes included!) The pool in back is amazing!! Such a relaxing place. This place has it all. We will definitely return!! So happy to have found a great getaway spot that is so well cared for.

Great house!

House had everything we needed and even more. We felt right at home with all the amenities and all the beach and pool goodies in the garage. Very quiet neighborhood, short bike ride to the beach. Grocery stores in walking distance. Easy communication with the host. Overall very good experience and would book here again.

Excellent location

We have stayed here once before so it should say something that we went back a second time. The location is close to the beach and shopping and it’s a quiet neighborhood. Our family was comfortable at the property.

Comfy little Beach home

Very comfy and cozy little place with all the amenities you'd hope for. Great for a couple or small family. the Pool was the main attraction for us, each afternoon after the Beach trip or Lunch. Very quiet although in the middle of a large beach area neighborhood. 5 -10 Min drive to all major beaches or park beaches (Vanderbilt and Collier Park). Great area for shopping and restaurants, even a Dunkin' Donuts in walking distance for morning coffee. Would highly recommend and will possibly come again! Owner, Nilda was very responsive and polite, nice to have a caring person you know the property with have that level of TLC too.

Perfect location

Great location. Within walking distance to restaurants & grocery stores. Very well equipped rental with all you need. Very much appreciated the beach pass. The backyard made it feel like your very own retreat. We had grandkids visit for a few days and they loved the pool. Plenty of beach equipment provided including toys for the kiddos.

Convenient and peaceful

Centrally located for most things in Naples/ Bonita Springs. Clean, well stocked with any amenities you would need for a sort of long stay. Nicely landscaped peaceful backyard with pool. Property owners respond immediately to any communication. Great place to stay with a dog.

Location was perfect because it is close to everything.

The house fit our needs perfectly. We needed to be close to family, have a nice yard and be exceptionally clean. Added bonus was having a pool.

A littke gem in north naples

Excellent location in a nice quiet neighborhood. This quaint little house was perfect for our party of four. Everything you need is on property, pool, washer, dryer, full kitchen and a great grill. A short drive to Vanderbilt beach, shopping, dining, golf. Seed to Table is around the corner, wife was happy!! Excellent hosts,great communication. We will be back.

Wonderful Place!

Cute little bungalow was perfect for our girls' trip! The Naples Park neighborhood is a great location for easy access to multiple beaches, restaurants and shopping in both Naples and Bonita Springs. The pool was lovely and we spent lots of time "floating" and chatting. The landscaping around the pool was beautiful! Nilda was very welcoming! She made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Even checked in a couple of times to find out if we needed anything. Great attention to detail! Would highly recommend!

Excellent accommodations & location!

What a gem! The home is spacious, immaculately clean, and fully stocked for your kitchen, bath, and beach needs. The home has a great layout and the decor is lovely! At the entrance of the house is a large room with a mid-size dining table and sitting area with a TV, books, and games. Off the hallway leading towards the back of house are a full bath and a bedroom. Further down the hall is the master bedroom with another full bathroom. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are super comfy. The bathrooms have rainfall shower heads (with strong water pressure) and basic shower needs (shampoo, conditioner, bath and hand soap). The kitchen has a table with three chairs, and all the modern day conveniences (microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and plenty of utensils, mixing bowls, pots & pans, dishes and cups, and more). The back yard is very private thanks to a fence and startegically planted trees. While we were there, all the plants and shrubs were in full bloom - beautiful! The pool was such a treat - incredibly clean and the perfect temp! The pool area also includes a handful of chaise lounges (great for napping), a grill, and a mango tree. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and safe. The location of the home is super convenient to the beaches, dining, and shopping in both Naples and Bonita Springs. Our only complaint is that we did not stay longer!! If we travel back the area, we will stay here, without a doubt.

Quiet neighborhood spot.

Great location in quiet neighborhood. 20 minutes from three different beaches. Lots of surrounding restaurants. House was nice and clean with everything we needed. Pool was nice if not a bit smaller than expected. Was also not cleaned recently but porch and area around pool was great. There was lots of beach stuff in the garage so we didn't have to buy anything. Owners were very responsive to questions.
