Silver Terrace is the little-known name of this small neighborhood just south of the University of San Diego. It is a very centrally located one just minutes from numerous highly popular destinations such as Sea World, Mission Bay Park, Mission Beach, Old Town, Downtown, Fashion Valley Mall, and La Jolla. Within a 10-minute walk, you'll be within range of a trolley stop, multiple coffee shops, a brewery tasting room, numerous restaurants, and a YMCA.

Fantastic location so close to everything. Obviously not a beach front property, but that was just fine. Minutes from the port, old town, sea world, and beaches. We loved it.

Beach Bungalow!

This was a perfect house! We had family in to. is it and this was perfect accommodations. The owner was easy to contact and we appreciated that! We will be rented this lovely home again.

Cute little house!! Perfect for what we needed. House was very clean. The owner stepped up on the towels! Check in was super easy and the owner was awesome to deal with! Will definitely use again if we are in town.

Cute home

This cute place is close to Old Town and a short drive to the airport and beaches. My dogs and I enjoyed relaxing in the fenced in yard!

I love to travel, and when I first started hosting as a young, single professional in my early 30s, it was a great way to subsidize that passion. Now, I'm a little older, have a family of my own, and a few gray hairs to boot. My traveling habit has unfortunately been reduced as time commitments pile up. So now, this service helps me provide for my family while still allowing me to meet new people from other parts of the world.

As a host, I like to give my guests their space but can be available at a moment's notice (I live 5 minutes away).

I look forward to continuing my vacation rentals to meet new people and share our experiences.
