Silver Terrace is the little-known name of this small neighborhood just south of the University of San Diego. It is a very centrally located one just minutes from numerous highly popular destinations such as Sea World, Mission Bay Park, Mission Beach, Old Town, Downtown, Fashion Valley Mall, and La Jolla. Within a 10-minute walk, you'll be within range of a trolley stop, multiple coffee shops, a brewery tasting room, numerous restaurants, and a YMCA.

Beach Bungalow!

This was a perfect house! We had family in to. is it and this was perfect accommodations. The owner was easy to contact and we appreciated that! We will be rented this lovely home again.

Cute little house!! Perfect for what we needed. House was very clean. The owner stepped up on the towels! Check in was super easy and the owner was awesome to deal with! Will definitely use again if we are in town.

We liked how there was sufficient bathroom toiletries (e.g., soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels), but there was not enough dinnerware (e.g., plates, serving utensils, saucers).

Had a great time!

The home was clean and welcoming. The communication from the owner was prompt, clear and responsive. The home was close by to a conference we were attending, shopping, and local attractions. We would stay here again.

Stayed at this home for a business networking event, and had a great time. Gorgeous neighborhood with quick, easy access to highways. Owner was also quick to respond to messages and very cooperative with early check in request. Would definitely stay again.

We were getting our house tented for termites and needed to move out. It was the perfect location for us because hubby is a professor at USD and our son is a golfer and Riverwalk was right there. It was nice we were able to take our fur babies too.

Great Place to Stay

Forget hotels. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Very nicely furnished. Cute yard. Kitchen stocked with all you need. It is centrally located to everything. Despite being surrounded by some apartments or condos it was incredibly quiet. Jimmy was very responsive to any questions. I am already planning my next adventure and will definitely stay at this location again.

Almost great little house

We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely appreciated the prompt and pleasant service by Jimmy. My only problem with the rental was the lack of adequate stocking. I had to call to ask for additional bowls (only 2 in house for a visit by 5 people), additional kitchen towels (only 1 in house for stay of 3 days) and dish washing detergent (none).

Great short stay

Great shirt stay in San Diego to meet up with daughter. Our family was comfortable and could get around easily from this location. Our two dogs were comfortable as well. Not that we were there much as we were exploring the dog beaches. Lots of food and beaches to access. Jimmy was very responsive.

I love to travel, and when I first started hosting as a young, single professional in my early 30s, it was a great way to subsidize that passion. Now, I'm a little older, have a family of my own, and a few gray hairs to boot. My traveling habit has unfortunately been reduced as time commitments pile up. So now, this service helps me provide for my family while still allowing me to meet new people from other parts of the world.

As a host, I like to give my guests their space but can be available at a moment's notice (I live 5 minutes away).

I look forward to continuing my vacation rentals to meet new people and share our experiences.
