Please keep in mind this house is close proximity to the airport flight path. You may hear some airplane noise, but rest assured you have dual pane windows and central AC to keep the noise down.



Please, we also kindly ask that you keep in mind This is an older home. It was built even before the interstate highway was built, so naturally there is going to be some wear on the home. Rest assured we keep everything clean and tidy, but if you expect new construction perfection, this listing may not be for you.

Bedroom 1 & 2: Features plush Queen beds with premium linens.



Bedroom 3: Smart bunk bed options, perfect for kids or extra guests.



Total Capacity: Sleep 9 on real beds, with an optional air mattress to host up to 11.



This property features a fully equipped kitchen with essentials to prepare your meals. Please keep in mind. We do not stock any food items, just cooking utensils.

Like any lively city, you may hear the usual outdoor sounds of urban life—such as people enjoying the neighborhood, traffic passing by, dogs, birds, or occasional construction in the area. These are all part of a normal city atmosphere, most noticeable when windows are open, and they add to the authentic San Diego experience.

After-hours noise or music could incur a fee and immediate eviction - $350 fee

NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED. The City of San Diego Municipal Code, Section 59.5.04 states reduced noise levels must be maintained within the City of San Diego generally between the hours of 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. in residential zones. Violating this is subject to INSTANT eviction from our property.





Other things to keep in mind about urban living, particularly street-level urban living, is the fact that there are bugs in the city, and they may creep into the home. It’s important to keep everything shut, but ultimately that is a reality of living at street level in an urban city like San Diego. We regularly treat our properties against pest and rodents, but if you run into any issues, please let us know. We do have our team ready to lend a hand if anything comes up.



Interaction with Guests:

Almost none, unless it is needed
