Cozy and quiet

Came to Texas for a family birthday. Our family lives in Center Point and this cabin was perfectly located and close by. The cabin is exactly as pictured! We were greeted with homemade bread pastries that were delicious! Coffee on the front porch in the morning was terrific watching the wild deer on the property. Wonderful stay!

Outstanding!

Just as described. Needed a secluded place due to some much needed prayer time. The place was the cleanest and nicest place I've ever stayed. Had all the needed necessities as well. Would definately recommend.

Peaceful weekend

We have stayed here before and we will stay again! This is a peaceful and beautiful property. The sheets are comfy, the deer are plentiful to look at, taking a walk is beautiful, we were able to leave our stress behind. Our only wish for this property is less tv remotes. It took us a good minute to figure out the tv for the evening, with the many remotes. But, that said, we did figure it out and enjoyed a movie on netflix and microwave popcorn. This is a must see place, and we will be back. And, if it was ever for sale we would want to keep this little piece of the hill country for ourselves. So, thank you to the host for sharing this with us.

Great Property!

This cabin is perfect for 2! There is a cute loft for guests if they want to climb. It’s very updated and location and property are awesome for the price. Enjoy the scenery and wildlife! We will definitely go back!

Breathtaking views!!!

This visit was a mixture of business and pleasure. It was a stressful work week at the hospital, and it was so nice to come back to such a relaxing place!! The views were breathtaking and really enhanced my Bible study time!! You just feel closer to God out there! The sounds of crickets… the stars at night… the back porch, the sunset…. And the large bathtub with massaging jets!!! Let me tell you… we loved it! Sooo clean and the hosts left pastries and coffee for us! Will definitely stay there again! And HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Perfect little Weekend Escape

The pics don’t do this remote little cabin justice. The farmhouse details are impeccable! The cleanliness was exceptional as well, and the added touches from the host/owner were very thoughtful and appreciated. We didn’t get to enjoy as much time outdoors as we would have liked due to the super windy weather, (and we forgot out jackets because it was 75 when we left home- haha- TEXAS!) but goodness, it was a perfect get away weekend with my husband! Much needed and we will definitely be back!!! This place is adorable and our only wish was that we would’ve booked it for longer ;)

Perfect country getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this immaculate cozy cabin in the country. Deer watching from any view was amazing. It was quiet and relaxing. The host left yummy baked treats on the counter for our arrival. And the short drive through the hill country to town and to neighboring Fredericksburg was beautiful. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, will definitely come back!!

Cozy, clean, and calming

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this cottage so much, we will definitely be back with our son to enjoy the loft next time. It was easy check in and to communicate with the owners, the property is private with his own driveway and parking spot, the cottage is the perfect amount of space for us, new, clean, and nicely decorated. The owner left us DELICIOUS pastries we thoroughly enjoyed, such a delightful and thoughtful touch! We saw deer, BBQd, watched movies and just relaxed on the porch with some wine & beer for the hubby. Thank you so much for a relaxing stay!

Perfect

The cabin was just as described. It was perfect in every way imaginable. It was secluded and quiet. One of our highlights was watching the deer near the cabin in the mornings and evenings. Everything you need is provided. The host provided two different types of breakfast breads upon our arrival. Both of them were amazing. We would definitely rent this cabin again without hesitation.

Just Right

Our long weekend in Comfort was just what my wife and I needed. The cabin suited our needs perfectly and we especially appreciated the bread and muffins that the host left for us. We enjoyed the peaceful setting and also enjoyed talking with the cows. Haha. We will definitely recommend this property to anyone we know who's looking for a hill country getaway.

Secluded, Serene and SO adorable

My friends and I said we would book again just for the breakfast!! The danishes were absolutely some of the best I’ve ever had and they were only made more enjoyable by being able to sit out on the front porch with coffee and watch the deer graze. (The Corriente out front were enjoyable to watch as well!) We wanted something a little different than our normal Fredericksburg accommodations, and this did NOT disappoint. I think we had more fun exploring Comfort one evening than the rest of our jam packed weekend. Comfort was it’s own little gem with cute shopping and extra friendly staff at tastings we had in town. The hospitality was fantastic. 10/10 recommend!

This cabin is awesome! We had a great time with this place. It is by itself and has two fences around it to keep the two cows out. We will come back!

Anniversary in the Hill Country

We stayed in this peaceful country cabin, for our 34th wedding anniversary. It was perfect! We made a last minute decision to reserve this place, yet when we arrived the yard was mowed, there were pastries waiting on the cabinet, and the cabin was sparkling clean. Everything we needed to just unwind on the porch, watch the deer and enjoy our coffee. We grilled steaks and ate at the picnic table. We would definitely recommend a stay in this uniquely decorated, serene cabin. If you can climb the ladder, there is plenty of room for four adults, or a sweet family of four. The bed and bedding was perfect, we slept great! We will stay here again, soon!

Beautiful, clean, quiet get-a-way! Five stars!

We can’t say enough about this wonderful cabin and our peaceful vacation here! The owners left us homemade cream cheese breakfast danishes (DELICIOUS!), which I enjoyed with the yummy coffee provided out on the wooden rocker at sunrise. It was heaven! There were deer grazing and lovely birds of many species. We took a breathtaking walk from the cabin through the hillside, enjoy all neatly manicured farms and antique farm equipment. There was a problem with the gate staying closed, but the owner quickly responded to our message and fixed the gate that day. The owner was so willing to accommodate us when we requested to stay a night longer; we loved their cozy cabin so much! The cabin was absolutely spotless! The bed was soft and comfortable. The soaker-jetted tub was gigantic, and just perfect to soak with some lavender bath soaks we purchased in Fredricksberg. We enjoyed a movie on the big screen TV with surround sound. The kitchen had everything we needed, even including my favorite creamer for coffee and lots of bottled water. We are so grateful the owners opened their lovely home to us for the weekend. We feel rested, happy and relaxed—ready to start our work week! We will be coming back again and again! FIVE STARS!!
