Beautifully remodeled, owner-managed townhome, with 1700 sqft!! 3 bedroom, 3 baths and it is conveniently located across the street from Destin's beautiful beaches.

Royal Seaesta is a great townhome complex for family gatherings or group vacations. Our unit is well-managed & personal attention is given (typically we respond within an hour).

Two free parking spaces are provided right at the property.

Bed size configuration:

1st floor
- Living, dining, kitchen and laundry area. The downstairs bedroom has a QUEEN size bed and a private bathroom.

2nd floor
- The wood stairs lead you to the second level that features the master retreat bedroom with a KING size bed with a sleeper sofa and a private master bathroom.
- The second level also has a third bedroom with the third private bathroom. This bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps 3 and a sofa bed. This is a great teen/children’s room.
- We also have a queen size air mattress, and a pack and play for little children.

Great place to stay.

Very close to the beach, clean, right next to cart rentals and Alvin’s Island. Great place with a great location. Private beach right across the street.

Great summer vacay

We had a great family week at this property. The house was spacious, clean and in great condition. The walk to the private beach entrance was very short and was not a problem. There is a large beach supply store right next door where you can find anything you need. The private beach does not allow tents or pop ups but does allow umbrellas. Bring your own or buy from the store next door. Communication with the owner was great the entire stay. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great family condo with beach access

This condo is a great place for a family vacation by the beach. It's very clean and comfortable. Kid friendly. With easy access to private beach. Walkable to many shops and restaurants.

Spacious

Overall, we had a great stay. The beaches in Destin are absolutely beautiful with crystal clear water. The property was plenty big enough for our family of 6. Our older kids had plenty of room and enjoyed being able to have their own rooms. The walk to the beach was not long at all, it was very manageable, especially with our baby. The proximity to the restaurants was a huge plus as well. We had an issue with one of the bunk beds sheets not being cleaned, there were stains and dirty q-tips on the bed. This issue was due to the cleaning staff not cleaning thoroughly and not a result of the owners, I feel this was out of their hands. When we arrived at the property there was a weird smell, almost like an old home smell. One thing we missed was having a pool for our kiddos to swim in, the pool in the photos is much smaller and didn’t seem clean when we went to swim in it. The owners were wonderful to work with. They sent all instructions ahead of time, and even let us check in a little earlier which was nice, especially with four kids. All in all, our family had a great time.

Clean condo

Very clean condo. Nice proximity to the beach. Only criticism would be the pool. It is the size of a hot tub and was dirty when we went to use it. That is out of the hosts hands though. They were great to work with.

Best Family Vacation!

Our family travels a few times a year and this was our favorite beach vacation by far. Carlo the property manager was great, the house was clean and super spacious. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths was a great option for our family of 6. The house is literally a 1 minute walk to the beach. Private access to a beautiful section of beach was great. The house also had chairs and everything we needed to have a great time for the beach. There were plenty of places to eat and stores within a mile or two of the property. I would highly recommend this rental for a large family or even two families. There is plenty of space and beds for one or two families. We will be back to this property on our next Destin trip.

Loved it.

Very nice. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close to several restaurants and shopping. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. It felt very homey. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at this amazing home.

Spring Break with Daughters and Grandkids

The location was great with easy access to the beach and other local restaurants and stores. The property was nice, but age and wear were clearly visible. Very appreciative to have access to full size washer and dryer. I did not notice a coffeemaker. I was told there would be cleaning products, but they were not available. Overall, the vacation was great.

Perfect house!!

We're very happy with the house. Carlo the host has been very helpful and quick response to my email. The house is nice, clean, big and located in the perfect location. It's 2 mins walk to the beach, and just a few miles from everything else. Definitely we'll come back next time.

Location!!

Nice quiet spot conveniently located in walking distance to shops and dining. The beach really is 2 mins away such a convenience to walk to. 10/10 would stay again.

Excellent place

The place is very clean. The owner prepare everything like a hotel service. We were really glad we found this bnb. The awesome park is we are closed to the store and the ice cream place. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation at the Beach

Excellent location near a fantastic beach. This property is good for a family that would like to walk to the beach. There is no pool and no yard. We took our kids and grandkids to the beach every day. The place was clean and provided us with the essentials for a comfortable stay. Bring your own condiments including coffee filters, butter, oil, and salt/pepper.

Great Location to the beach and Rental is well kept

First to start this place was amazing we stayed from 9/17 to 9/20. The place was clean and the pictures are true and accurate to the inside of the home. You get two parking spots, very close to the beach, the property pool is super small and more of a tub than a pool. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend this property. I had two minor comments the beach chairs are really small but they are free and provided by the property owner, we opted to rent the beach chairs on the beach. We had an issue with the Air Conditioner temp within the home which is connected to the Wi-Fi, however Carlos the manager was quick to respond and came to reset the panel and get us cool air. I am already looking forward to booking my family again with this property.

Wonderful Stay

Very clean, spacious, everything we needed to cook our meals a couple nights. Right there next to stores, restaurants. Beach is right across the street. Highly recommend. There were nine of us in our group and it was more than enough space for all of us comfortably. Amazing communication with owner if you need anything, very friendly and professional.

Awesome place to stay!

We had an overall great experience at this property. Everything was very nice, we had plenty of space and a very short walk to the beach. Carlos was available if we needed anything, We will definately stay again should we find ourselves going to the Miramar/Destin area.

Perfect stay right beside the beach!

My friends and I LOVED our stay with Carlo and Anna! The property is just like the pictures and it was SO clean. Carlo and Anna were always available for any questions and responded quickly. This house was right in the heart of miramar and one of my favorite vacations yet! Thanks Carlo and Anna!

Awesome Time

The property was amazing, literally across the street from beach. Carlo was very responsive and the home provided everything we needed. All TVs had fire sticks with subscriptions to Netflix. I definitely look forward to coming back.

Absolutely gorgeous unit with everything a family could possibly need! Far exceeded our expectations

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay here! The kids room was perfect, the master bedroom was amazing! I was sad to leave this place, but will definitely be booking another trip here in the fall! Our unit was exactly as described and had even more then we knew, like a coffee maker, hair dryers in each bathroom and more! Alvins surf shop is right next to the unit which was awesome! This is a prime location! Would recommend 10/10!!!
