Beautiful location on lake. Enjoyed the hot tub, call of the loon, Milky Way and constellations. Very cozy and relaxing.

This was the perfect getaway for my boyfriend and I! The hosts made everything very smooth, the property is so beautiful and peaceful!! Truly couldn’t have been better. We hope to be back!

We loved the hot tub. We also used the kayaks and canoe. We only wished they had a men’s medium life jacket.

The cottage wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. There was hair and dirt in one bathroom, cobwebs, the ceiling fans were heavy with dust and dirt and there was an overall greasy, dusty feeling. Other than the cleanliness, the cabin was as described.

This weekend stay was exactly what we hoped for. It’s well suited for children and provides something for everyone, (a dock to fish from, good internet, close to lots of local things to do, and only a few miles drive from our favorite place to hunk for rocks ). Thanks so much for the opportunity.

This place is always a great stay! Hot tub was heated up and ready for us upon arrival. Great place to stay if you like to fish and bring your own boat. Dock is very convenient with power hookup, I was able to charge the boats batteries overnight. Grill was great and fire pit down by the lake was top notch. Even got to see the northern lights from the dock. 10 out of 10 would stay anytime.

Everything was perfect and just as described! We were comfortable all weekend. The hot tub and the fireplace were fantastic for a winter getaway!

Our host communicated wonderfully! Everything was clean. The hot tub was perfect, with a beautiful winter view! A fantastic cozy cottage where we even got to see deer grazing outside our windows in the morning!

Excellent rental. Interior was well stocked and taken care of. Lots of amenities available for use. The view is amazing.Good proximity to stores with food & household supplies.Hosts did an excellent job providing suggestions, notes, and guides. Hoping to return again with my friends soon :)

The place has a musty smell coming from the fireplace. The owner should have it cleaned and not allow use due to the smell OR list it as rustic …..which accounts for no air conditioning. As a southerner, I appreciate A/C and don’t know to look for it as an amenity. This cabin has no A/C and not all rooms have ceiling fans so you can use the provided BOX fans where are old and loud. Which brings me to the bedding, if you can survive the non-air conditioning, no ceiling fans and the noise, good luck sleeping on the mattress that’s prob older than the couch. So disappointing.

I am sorry you didn't read our listing properly. The communication with this guest was very poor. Not once did she reach out to us. I generously offered her a refund even though I didn't have to since not knowing we don't have AC is entirely her fault. The other complaints are just false. Our mattresses are new, we have a dehumidifier to cut down on humidity. We take pride in our cleaning and to suggest otherwise does not align with all our other happy customers.

Nice place. Had to get used to the electric heat. Accomodating host. Nice views. Only hitch was the hot tubs water could have been a bit cleaner.
