The views are amazing! The owner called the morning after check-in to make sure everything was good with the unit and answer any questions we had.

A Great Place to Stay!

The view of Lake Bellaire was stunning and there were plenty of good restaurants in town. Also close to places around Torch Lake.

Great little place with a fabulous view of the sunset over Lake Bellaire. The owners were very attentive and quick to respond. We will definitely be back.

Cozy Little Getaway

Great location, very clean, owner was super responsive and informative. Pool pass was a huge plus for the kids. Overall great relaxing vacation

Perfect for our family of 4. The location was great, very clean and cozy and the view is AMAZING! Washer and dryer were a plus. We plan on staying here again.

Lovely rental with beautiful view!

This rental had everything we needed for a week stay. The view from the deck was beautiful, kitchen well stocked and great communication from the property manager. Close to lots of outdoor activities and small towns to explore. We had a great time!

We've been coming to Summit Village or Shanty Creek for almost 20 yrs for vacation rented condos, homes and others. Our first feeling in walking into this place it's one on the top of our list as favorites. We like the area due to the fact it's right in the middle of places we like to visit. Yes, we go to the beach, visit restaurants and just relax. The view towards Lake Bellaire from the deck here looks more like a painting so come find out on your own!

Property Manager is Rude! He tried to coerce a 5 star rating from our first communication before I even got to the unit. At the end of the 8 night stay I told him I couldn't in good conscious leave a 5 star rating. The unit was ok, but not great. There was some noise from the unit above, which he had told me didn't exist also because I tried to do some laundry before I went home and the front loading washer smelled mildewed. He lost his temper in text. Said He wold have to "suffer" with less than 5 stars now. He blamed ME for not telling him while I was vacationing so he could send a maintainance person to take care of it. But by the time I found out I was leaving anyway. I have NEVER had such rude communications and lack of knowledge of the rental property from a "manager" in my life! And I had even left a hundred dollor bill as a tip for the housekeeper! As they say, no good deed goes unpunished. I have saved the communications in the event he denies these actions and it arrises again somehow. Owners beware.

Clean and cozy

This condo was perfect for our ski weekend. Parking located right in front of unit. The condo was super clean and has all the amenities needed for your stay including coffe pods with keurig. Communication with host was excellent. Highly rerecommend!

Cozy condo, perfect location!

We loved our stay in this condo at Shanty Creek! It’s probably one of the best locations on property, with gorgeous views of Bellaire Lake, right next to the outdoor pool (which we had to ourselves one evening), and a short uphill walk to the hotel and restaurants. The condo is adorable, with Up North charm and everything you need for a great stay. It’s nice having a washer & dryer, private balcony, and Keurig with K-cups. This would even be a cozy spot for winter stays with the beautiful fireplace and comfortable living room space. We spent most days on the lakes since we were traveling with friends who brought a boat. We enjoyed dinner at the Italian restaurant on the property and the pizza and live music were wonderful! The Lakeview hotel restaurant stays open late, which we appreciated after a long day on the boat. The condo was exceptionally clean (I’m picky) and fully equipped with everything we needed for our long weekend. The hosts had great communication and check-in/out was seamless. Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation and we hope to be back again!
