This brand new, clean, well equipped and spacious apartment is nestled in the valley below historic Kennesaw Mountain. It is conveniently located within minutes of I-75, I-575 & Kennesaw State University. You will find yourself surrounded by upscale shopping, an abundance of entertainment, and over 150 area restaurants. Take a walk, run or bike ride along the 7-mile Noonday Creek Trail that connects to the property, a rare amenity in an urban environment.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment home can sleep 4 guests with 1 king bed and 1 queen. It is perfect for a short get-away or a longer stay. We are pet friendly! Amenities include a pool, fitness center, dog spa, business center, car wash, clubhouse and access to the Noonday Creek Trail which features Zagster Bike Share. You will enjoy a dose of fresh air sitting from the balcony on the third floor.

Very nice 2 br apartment. Clean & comfortable. Only complaint is that I requested a 1st floor unit because of mobility issues, but this VRBO is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Another fantastic stay!

This was the second year in a row that we booked this property for a full week. It was absolutely perfect! It's a great size and layout for our family of four, great location, super clean in a really nice development. Would definitely stay again!

Meets all expectations.

We have stayed here a couple of times and it has always been great. The staff is responsive and the apartment is maintained very well and spotless. We plan on being regulars when visiting ATL.

Very Clean

The property was very clean and the Mangement was extremely helpful. Apartment is on the third floor so there are a few stairs. The water pressure was a bit light, but you could still take an ok shower.

A breath of fresh air!

Our 16 year old son plays travel baseball each summer and we go from hotel to hotel. When booking our lodging in the spring I thought it might be refreshing to insert a VRBO with a full kitchen and more space and it paid off! This apartment home was very clean, modern and spacious with a great balcony and gorgeous view! The trails were great for a few runs, the gym was larger and more equipment than any hotel I have been to and the pool was FANTASTIC! We even grilled out one night with some of our families and watched a baseball game on the TV in the community space next to pool. Wish I could rent this type of space everywhere we traveled!

Nice apartment.

The property is clean and beds are comfortable (the two things most important to me). Kitchen utensils are sparse. Dishwasher did not drain and needed to be fixed. I like they the apartment complex is gated. The manager had not sent the final check in information (code to get into unit). Had to get in touch with her once at the property- that took a while but eventually got in. Not a big deal but could have been avoided.

Tell owner to get their act together!

Smelled an odor every time we came in to place. Clear this place needs better cleaning of floors and furniture and provisioning bath area. Next day went to apartment office to tell them that floors were not clean; only one pool wrist band(we weren’t going to use it but didn’t want to be charged.) Also bath products had no shampoo (we brought our own). Reported the furnace stayed on for hours before temperature rose 4 degrees. A couple of hours later Maintenance arrived with cleaning person. While he replaced filter, she cleaned floor and stocked bath supplies. However, they did not look at carpets, couch or such to make sure they were clean. (They weren’t.) worst couch ever! Smelled, saggy, cushions kept pulling out. Get rid of this! Master bed was lumpy and saggy. Other bed was great. Bathrooms, kitchen and laundry were fine once she cleaned floors. When outside temp dropped into 20s, the furnace was on almost constantly, clealy poorly insulated place. Now, my question is how they can charge a cleaning fee when they didn’t clean it before our arrival? Finally, we have stayed at several vrbo and this one was a big disappointment. We left yesterday as we couldn’t bear another night.

I had a great time at this property.Great place to recharge your batteries after a busy dayIt is clean, tide and spacious, also a nice balcony With views to the trees.Gym an swimming pool are great too, I visit the amenities every night and they are not busy at all.

Het was fantastisch.mooi ruime kamers.en.ruimte genoeg voor 4 peraonen.alleen sta je niet in het systeem als je een kamer boekt voor langere.tijd.dat was heel vreemd maar je.kon.wel alles bij.de.receptie vragen en.die hielpen.je.overal mee.zwembad is geen zout maar zoet water.perfect.kane van.de rexeptie is een kanjer.ze is er pas komen te werken maar ik mocht haar.direct.ook chris is een zeer behulpzame man.

Great place!

Our stay in Georgia for a baseball tournament was great until it unfortunately had to be cut short because of a medical emergency back home. For the two days we got to appreciate the listing, it was wonderful! Plenty of room! Clean! Everything we needed! If we return to Georgia next year for baseball, we will definitely be booking again!

Fantastic Find

Our son was playing baseball in the area and this apartment served our needs perfectly. I especially enjoyed the pool on the hot afternoons that we did not have to be at the field.

Granny visit

Nice, secure, 2/2 apartment. Nice secluded area and tree view. Firmest bed I have ever tried to sleep on. Being on the third floor meant 2 long staircases and dragging everything up and down.

For the first step to the last it was a great experience. The location is excellent with easy access to shops, restaurants and places for sightseeing. During my stay I had a question and the host was very responsive and answered my question within virtually 5 minutes of me submitting the question. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for nice, clean, centrally located and secure property. If we had more stars to give we would give them.

Very nice place. nice people that will work with you. If you have a problem, they’ll solve it and in the area very close to Atlanta, and very close to other places that you can visit too. like the falls and train tours either way 20 to 30 minutes away. And a lot of good places to eat in the area to.

Lovely condo

We were in town for Christmas to visit Dad in an assisted living home. Very nice condo that was pet friendly. Well stocked and comfortable. We were a little confused checking in but that was because it was dark and we weren’t sure where the unit was.

Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. There was an incredibly strong, chemical smell when we first got there. It did go away after a few hours. The bed pillows were awful!! We tried reaching out to management for over two days to remedy this and we were not able to get a response. The pillows in both rooms were incredibly flat and hard causing us neck and headaches. The unit was decorated nicely and it was very spacious. It was much better than staying in a hotel. Like other reviews mention, there are two flights of stairs to climb with you luggage. It’s on the top floor. The complex’s are situated behind a mall so even though the pictures on the listing look like you are out of town, you are not. There are a nice lining of tress to look at, but just on the other side is a mall. Press # after entering the gate code. Tap the pool card to open the pool gate, the key on the sponge bracelet does nothing, but taping the card will open the pool gate.
