They were very responsive and took care of any issues that arose. The area was very nice and felt safe enough to leave the keys in the car at night. They even accommodated me when I accidentally overslept on the day of checkout. Definitely recommend.

Was a good trip. Only complaint was the hot tub had an awful smell and the cover was a bit moldy. We put some spa treatment in and had no issues past that!Bed was so comfortable!

My friend and I stayed here for a girls' trip in the Atlanta area and enjoyed the lovely, quiet, safe neighborhood. The carriage house had everything we needed - full kitchen, washer/dryer, and I found the upstairs bed comfortable and my friend said the downstairs sofa was comfortable to sleep on as well. There is a hot tub, though we skipped it given the July heat. I would rebook here if I needed to visit Atlanta again. Two suggestions: Please set the AC a bit lower before guests arrive (it was at 84F in the house when my friend arrived to check in), and to please consider adding a dehumidifier and/or a fan upstairs for extra comfort.

Thanks Melissa for your kind review and we'd be happy to host you again anytime. I appreciate the suggestions as well as we always strive for a five-star experience. We will turn down the AC in the future prior to arrival and will get another dehumidifier or fan for the upstairs. It's very humid here in the summers as I'm sure you experienced!

The carriage house was perfect for my needs and in a great location. The neighborhood is full of beautiful homes and the host couldn’t have been nicer. I was there for 3 months and had everything I needed.

We abandoned our rental a day early due to the urine situation. I'm a nurse on vacation and from the odor of the apartment and sofa sleeper I can tell the previous occupant or sofa/sleeper owner had urinary incontinence issues and probably a UTI. It is not subtle and if the brown couch is still in the pictures, I would recommend avoiding this rental. Additionally, the hvac is limited to a low of 72. We left so we could adjust the temperature down to sleep better and not have our daughter sleep on a previously urine soaked couch.

I am deeply sorry, I wish I had known about the urine in the sofa sleeper, that is very troubling. We will get that rectified immediately. That is unacceptable and I apologize on behalf of whomever did that. Regarding the temperature setting, we installed a fan upstairs so you can sleep comfortably. I wish you had let us know while here and future guests can be assured of a clean and comfortable stay.

Nice property Some suggestions WiFi was weak or not working for iPad but TV worked fineI would suggest a lamp or two in seating area It was dark The bottom of the stairs needed a railing of some sort It was a little tricky to navigate
