CUTE! 2nd street beach house - North end OC, close to beach, bay, BDWK-dogs ok

Come enjoy some of your summer at the North End of Ocean City. House is sun-filled, and south facing house with a gem of a back yard (partially shaded and beautifully green.) We do allow dogs, but please read entire description before booking, regarding dog allowances.

We have great outdoor space in addition to cozy, comfy and well maintained interior space. You will love relaxing on one of our adirondack chairs after a day on the beach, as well as grilling and eating outside on the patio. And!! We have a newly added enclosed cedar outdoor shower!

Open living space on first floor with living room area, kitchen, breakfast room and bathroom with shower. First floor opens up to patio for outdoor dining, grassy backyard. Second floor: 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, and stacked washer and dryer in hallway. Queen bed in master bedroom, second bedroom has bunkbeds and a twin bed (bunk bed has full lower bed and twin upper bed) We are constantly updating this house. We have an enclosed outdoor shower ( new this year) & outside gas grill. Our second floor deck is a perfect spot to enjoy the summer sky. We also have a cedar pergula on the second floor deck.
No parties allowed.

Please tell me about your dog prior to booking. We prefer non-shedding, SMALL (less than 25#) trained dogs, but will consider others. no puppies or chewing behaviors, or problematic barkers. Impossible to find a small house with this much private usable outside space.


Weekly minimum stay. Saturday-Saturday. We have a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age (for family or group rental). We do allow 2 week stay, consecutive weeks, if available.

We do provide kitchen towels and pot holders, (only), and I have provided pillows. All bed linens, beach towels and bath towels are not provided by owner and are your responsibility as tenant.

No smoking property. (Refrain from smoking on property inside & out.) House is great for small family with young kids. (Fenced in yard, great for keeping your bikes safe, but please remember your bike lock.)

No surprises here. We use this house as our second home for our vacations. We do expect that our house is treated with care and clean when you return it to us. Our house is safe (smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher) and very well maintained. We also have great neighbors!

house is conveniently close to playground, bay, beach and boardwalk, coffee shop, downtown Asbury Avenue shops. all walkable.

***we do require a (refundable) security deposit and lease signing. Pet fee $150.00 for each dog as described. Dogs allowed only. Non shedding, house trained dogs. No cats. Please also note that we have landscaped this lovely yard. It is perfect for lounging & enjoying. It is NOT a dog park.
