The property was in a fantastic location. John was a great host and very easy to communicate with. I would stay here again.

John was a very responsive host. The condo was very clean and fresh. We had a wonderful view of the ocean for the location of the condo. The pool was clean and perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. Can't say enough about John, the 4th of July week is such a busy time.

Property was clean and location was great. Owner communication was good as well. Pool was never open while we were there. Was confused that the only dish soap was for a dishwasher, and there was no dishwasher. Overall was a nice stay and would stay there again.

It was perfect and just as pictured. We loved our stay. Location was close to everything. Enjoyed morning walks on the boardwalk, manco and manco, and quality time with my mom. My only wish for future stays is that the fridge is updated.I will definitely be staying here again.

Great for the two of us!

My husband and I were looking to get away for a few nights and have some time for relaxing at the beach. This was had a great location, view, and quiet for us to enjoy while still being at the boardwalk. Clean, comfortable, and easy!

Great Get-Away!

The condo was the perfect location and size for a mini getaway with my two teenagers. The ocean view from the balcony was perfect for my morning coffee. The location was absolutely perfect. It was right on the boardwalk and steps to the beach. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed.

Condo was much smaller than we usually rent but that being said, it was clean and convenient to beach and boardwalk. Check in was easy. The outdoor shower near the pool was a big plus , helping to minimize sand in the condo. We were very happy with this rental.

Very nice property. Rental agency was amazing. Ran into a small snag and they remedied the situation immediately. Highly recommend.

The one bedroom condo was perfect for our 5 day stay in Ocean City. The location was great. Right on the boardwalk, including parking garage, ocean view from our balcony and just steps away from bikes, boardwalk and restaurants. The condo was bright and clean. The owner was accommodating and making sure everything was just right for us. Highly recommend this condo for your stay at the beach!!!

Overall, this property was a great place to stay. Location was unmatched (AWESOME), very clean/updated compared to a neighboring unit we stayed in a few years ago, and VERY conveniently included all linens (sheets, towels), beach tags, and even beach chairs- which was especially helpful given we where traveling from out of state and could limit what we had to bring. The communication with the host was also great, and check in/checkout process was the most smooth process for any rental we’ve ever used in OCNJ. Oh and the view from the balcony?!! Ocean views every morning!If I had to pick something to help future travelers plan for: -the size of the unit and sleeping accommodations; Unit is advertised for 4 people (assuming 4 adults). However, this unit for my husband, me, and our two teenagers (who are the size of adults) was VERY tight. So depending on who you are traveling with, this may be challenging for a number of reasons.Despite the size of the unit, I would absolutely recommend this location to couples and small families, and would book this location again in the future! Thanks again for a wonderful stay :)

great location to access beach and boardwalk. Having a set parking space is a bonus since street parking can be difficult. We were able to visit Cape May and Atlantic City for some sightseeing. Only suggestion for improvement would be the refrigerator. It has only a tiny freezer and it was completely frosted, so no way to use even a mini ice tray.
