Superb location at 870 Third Street, 1st Floor unit. We are located on a quiet beach block on the north end. Custom built to blend the old and the new. Gorgeous white cabinets and hardwood floors. Bright and airy. You'll never want to leave! It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit with off-street parking.

Start your day with a walk along the boardwalk, stop for some coffee and fresh baked cake donuts at Browns. Enjoy an easy walk to the beach, come back to the house and rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy the evening on the large front porch. It's perfect for talking, eating and just relaxing. Everything is in walking distance to our house - boardwalk, playgrounds, tennis courts, and shops. You really can't find a better location or place to take your vacation this summer!

Our family had a very nice time, home had a lot of thoughtful amenities to make our stay comfortable-including beach tags and sand toys. Host was available for questions during our stay. We hope to return soon!

We loved our family's stay here. The home was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location made beach access very easy and communication with the owner was excellent. Off-street parking was very helpful and it was nice having the garage to keep our bikes and beach chairs in. We also enjoyed the boogie boards and sand toys that were in the garage for us to use. We will definitely consider staying here again for future beach trips!

We just enjoyed a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The house itself was thoughtfully laid out, updated and clean, more than comfortable, and well-appointed for a rental. The current listing photos do not include some of the updated furnishings, which were a welcome surprise! The location was perfect, close to the beach and on a lovely street. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the porch, and active days enjoying OC. Melissa was very responsive while booking, but we did not need to communicate during the stay. We look forward to booking again next summer!

Awesome, clean, close to beach.

Very convenient to beach, very modern and clean. We had an extremely fun week at the beach and this property was excellent in all facets. Hope to go back again!

Incredible Location

Great off-season stay. House was exactly as described and location could not be beat - nice quiet street but so close to the boardwalk and beach. The large front porch was our favorite place to relax.

This is such a wonderful place to stay. A great location, great accommodations, a block off the ocean and boardwalk. We’ve stayed here several times Spring and fall when it’s not particularly busy. Melissa’s house is very inviting, perfect for a couple looking to unwind or to bring the grandkids along. Melissa is great to communicate with. We look forward to returning.

Great stay in OCNJ

My family and I (me, my husband, and two kids) had a great stay! The house was well taken care of, updated, clean, and in a great location! It had all we needed for our yearly summer stay in OCNJ. Great amenities, and a lovely home. We will definitely be back.

We know ocean city well and we have stayed in numerous properties in the north end. This was one of the best. Very clean, great location and a huge porch. The owners were very responsive and we would definitely consider coming back.

Beach week

We never stayed at this end of the beach. We were really pleased with the location. The home we were able to enjoy met our expectations. Clean and close to all we were interested in.

We bought the lovely old house that used to sit on this property in 2009 with my parents John and Diane. We've always wanted a house in Ocean City. My grandparents and aunt and uncle live on the island year round. Growing up right off the island, we spent a lot of time on the beach.

Unfortunately, the house succumbed to the tides in Super Storm Sandy and we had to tear down the house. We were devastated. We loved the charm of the old house. So, we worked very closely with the architect to make sure we were able to design a new house that was still full of the character of the old house.

The 2nd floor is not rented out, our family uses it. We look forward to welcoming you and getting to know you!
