Newly built in 2018, this cottage has all the amenities one would want for a delightful stay in creative, artsy Sebastopol. Very private setting, with large redwood deck overlooking a lovely garden. Vaulted ceilings in kitchen and bedroom give this quaint, modern cottage a very spacious feel. Flooded with light. Decorator touches throughout. Double french door entry opens to full kitchen/dining/living suite. Generous modern master bath, includes a laundry area.

Located in one of Sebastopol's most cherished neighborhoods, with a five minute walk to restaurants, theater, shopping, wine tasting ,The Barlow and Sunday's great Farmer's Market.

Right in the heart of West County’s Sprawling Wineries!

Our host Mary was very nice and she welcomed us with smiles to her guest house. The house had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. The location was close to restaurants, wineries and local events. I would definitely stay here again

Private and quiet rental near downtown Sebastopol. Nice outdoor patio with lots of greenery. Mary, the host was a good communicator and very sweet. Everything was clean and perfectly set up.

A wonderful respite while visiting family and enjoying Sonoma County. Mary is such an amazing host, responsive, kind & welcoming. Her cottage had everything one could need, spices, well-appointed kitchen, soft linens and an absolutely beautiful garden area & deck, including humming birds, butterflies & a multitude of lovely birds.

Great place, perfect location, spacious and well furnished!

Stayed here in 2019, and plan to return again next month: excellent communication with hosts, easy walking in up town, and wonderful quiet central neighborhood.

We loved staying in this sweet cottage!Mary,the host was very kind and welcoming. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen and the bathroom had loads of thick towels and toiletries if you didn't bring your own. Bed was comfy,as well as the couch for reading and relaxing. It was nice having the ability to stream our Netflix too and love having secured internet and laundry machines!All in all, a lovely,light filled cozy cottage in a walkable neighborhood with a wonderful host nearby! We are returning!

Amazing peaceful stay

We had a lovely time at Mary’s place. It was spotless, peaceful, furnished and appointed wonderfully, and had great sunlight and garden areas. It was really adorable and we’d recommend it to anyone.

Lovely little apartment in Sebastopol. Perfect for a single person or couple staying in the city. Really is within walking distance to everything. Very neat, very well stocked. Couldn't recommend it more!

Comfy, Cozy Getaway for Two

We had such a lovely stay in Sebastopol. The guest house was clean, quiet, well equipped, and perfectly comfortable for a long weekend getaway for two. The location was ideal for checking out the quaint downtown area, as well as exploring the wide array of nearby wineries. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend it for couples or solo travelers.

Perfect Sebastopol wine country guest house

Everything was better than advertised. The kitchen was well stocked, communication with the property owner was outstanding, and it exceeded expectations in every way. Super close to downtown and the Barlow. We will be back again soon!

Great little guest cottage! It had everything we needed. Very clean and cozy! Very nice outside deck area! Location was convenient to tour wineries, visit the Redwoods at Armstrong woods, Easy drive to Bodega Bay for Chowder at Spud Point Thank you Mary!

Great property and location for a Sonoma visit! Mary was very helpful and accommodating- she checked on us to make sure all was to our liking and was available whenever we had a question or needed something. We’re ready for a return visit!

Jennie and her husband were wonderful guests. We dealt with the threat NorCal fire that weekend, and they were real champs. We stayed in constant communication. And in spite of all that, they left the guest house in tiptop shape and were so understanding! I would have them back in a flash. Everything worked out!

Prefect getaway spot!

This is our second stay at this wonderful spot. We love the space and feel so comfortable. It’s perfect for two or for exploring on your own. Great walk ability to great restaurants, shopping and breweries. It’s very central. So you can take easy, short trips to wine tasting, beaches, and the redwoods. And Mary is an excellent host, with a beautiful garden. It’s a quiet neighborhood with lots of birds enjoying the trees and shrubs. You’ll love it.

When I'm not visiting clients onsite, I work from my home office, which is located on the same property as my guest house. I am originally from New York, moved to sunny CA in 1985, raised two wonderful kids - now grown - and now lead an active busy life. Moved to downtown Sebastopol in 2016, when I bought this lovely bungalow - in the heart of the wine country - and have been fixing it up ever since. I love this place!

It is close to everything! I can walk to dinner, movies, coffee shops, boutiques - and then hop in the car and head to Bodega Bay and get there in 15 minutes. The restaurants, wineries, easy access to Santa Rosa Airport - made this home irresistible. Plus, my daughter, son and niece live very nearby.
