Cozy, Convenient, Charming

The West End cottage presented as advertised, conveniently located in the historic area of Santa Rosa within walking distance of old town. The cottage had all the comforts of home, was quiet and peaceful.

comfortable, clean and cozy

This sweet cottage in a very pleasant neighborhood was exactly what my husband and I needed for 4 days while he recovered from a surgical procedure. It had everything we needed and had extras stocked by Emily, including Keurig coffee, wine and yogurt. There was a small dog park across from the awesome cafe nearby (Criminal Baking Company.) Thank you, Emily, for the lovely space! I enjoyed the surrounding area too. Would love to go back when we go to Santa Rosa area again, but we will visit for fun, not surgery, next time!

Cozy West End Cottage

This cottage in Santa Rosa’s West End neighborhood had everything we needed for my birthday weekend. The wine and milk provided by the host was a really nice touch. Bed was comfy, easy check in, everything worked well, close to good restaurants.

Cute little Cottage

This was a cute little cottage with some vintage cottage decor and some modern amenities. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood behind another house. It was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean and Comfortable Unit, Good Value

This is a cute little unit located right near downtown Santa Rosa and located at the back of a property behind the main house. I believe the owners have done a great job with what they have. While the layout is a little odd, the entire place has charm and is well equipped and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked (the fresh creamer for coffee and plentiful k-cups are a great touch), there are plenty of towels, extra bedding, etc. The bed is pretty firm, so be aware of that if you prefer a softer mattress. The living room is very small, and the couch is firm and a bit uncomfortable to sit on, so not great for lounging. As a base for exploring Santa Rosa and surrounding areas it works just fine. The communication with the host was excellent. If you’re looking for clean, comfortable, convenient place this is for you.

Sweet little place, very comfy

We were so happy to stay here! We parked the car upon arrival and didn’t need it again until it was time to go home. Santa Rosa is such a nice little city and the bike ride to Sebastopol was perfect. We’d be happy to make this trip again and stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

This is a cute house in a perfect location. Close to downtown but in a very quiet neighborhood. The Santa Rosa Creek trail is close by for a relaxing stroll. The owner was easy to reach and really helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

PERFECT GETAWAY

We were delighted with our cottage home away from home.It was clean, well-organized and all the things you would expect. Most of all, Emily had added personal touches that were delightful, especially a variety of books about the region. Every need was anticipated. The location was great. Picture yourself relaxing in the lawn chair, overlooking the beautiful yard.

Should have gotten out and walked the neighborhood sooner. Bailey and I took a short walk each morn

Bathroom was a bit tight with low fixtures (toilet and sink), due to being old. Bed was very comfortable but would be hard to use the pillows against the wall for reading position. Yard was cute. Couch was not comfortable to me with no back support. Nice to have packs of yogart to snack on with almond milk as I requested. Good supply of K-cups for Keurig.

Perfect West End cottage

Quaint & Comfortable

Great communication from beginning to end. We loved the cottage and were happy with its accessibility to downtown Santa Rosa (restaurants/bars, antique shops, train station, and parks) all within walking distance. Would love to stay again on our next visit. Thank you Emily.

Perfect for 2

Super host provided a warm welcome. Grateful my service dog was welcome. Only feedback is yard had a lot of “ouchie” stickers & small debris that stuck to her fur & would bring in the house. Tried to stay on top of the cleaning both the floor & dog.

A lovely stay at this comfortable well appointed cottage. Location was great for beaches & wine tasting. The king size bed was very comfortable. Our Labrador appreciated the yard, and very close dog park! We walked to The Criminal bakery a few mornings for wonderful scones and muffins. Also appreciated our coffee at the cottage. Thank you Emily for providing the 1/2&1/2 and nice bottle of wine! Our hostess was also fabulous to work with when we asked to stay an extra night! We hope to stay here again! Thank you for providing us with a wonderful “home” Tammy, Ken & Rory 🐾

2-Day Get-Away

We had a fun trip. The place was clean, the bed comfortable, and Emily was easy to contact when I had questions. The included beverages were a happy surprise, too. I enjoyed the walkable distances.
