We enjoyed the secluded location and only a few minutes away from town. The complimentary wine made from their vineyard was lovely while sitting on the patio.

This is a sweet studio style cottage that was perfect for my visit. It had everything I needed and was very clean and equipped. The serene and quiet setting outside of town (yet close enough to shopping) was a much needed respite. It’s a lovely place to wake up to, and the outside sitting areas are a bonus! I would return again!

Absolutely beautiful location and totally private. Really enjoyed having the serene nature around us and great hiking just around the corner. Definitely would recommend!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made everything easy. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway-would definitely stay again!

The perfect place to get away. Birds & wildlife, but minutes from town. Cozy & comfortable, great communication. The wine was excellent.

Very nice place on a mountain with vineyards nearby.

We enjoyed this stay at a very relaxing property located up a mountain in wine country. The owner welcomed us and it set a nice tone for our time there. We liked the natural setting and highly recommend it to others.

The wife and I had an excellent stay! The cottage was quiet, private and peaceful. It is away from the city life constant go-go. We truly enjoyed our time and appreciated the bottle of wine! Looking forward to future visits! Cheers Evan!

Very comfy bed! Multiple outdoor sitting areas although due to rain were wet for most of our stay, incredible views and privacy. Flowers everywhere. Host provided wine and coffee as described.Road in and out is narrow and curvy, sketchy for night driving which we avoided.Space inside studio is artfully decorated and well laud out. Especially appreciate the counter space in bathroom which is so often not available.

Relaxing, perfect getaway.

If you’re looking for a quiet, cute and perfect spot in Sonoma County this is your spot. The space was perfect for my husband and I and the views were amazing. Nothing overly fancy but perfect for a weekend getaway. Close proximity to town for groceries, restaurants and wineries. 100% would stay again and recommend for everyone else to check it out.

Stunning Views in Clean Studio

We had a lovely weekend at this property. The place was a great size for two people, clean, and had beautiful views of the vineyards. It is up a windy mountain road but very close to Santa Rosa and all the activities there. Check in/out and communication was all very easy. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful and private mountainside property on edge of vineyard. Very short drive to Santa Rosa. One room cottage was perfect size for my husband and I. Bed super comfy, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of seating both inside and out. Owner was great with communications and was very kind to give us a bottle of wine made from the grapes on the property. We would love to return next time we are in the area. Highly recommend!

long weekend

We stayed here whiIe at a conference in Santa Rosa. The location worked well for this. The cottage is as pictured and was clean and comfortable. The host was great to communicate with and got right back to us with any questions. Would definitely recommend!

Sonoma charmer

This is a beautifully done contemporary cabin in a bucolic setting. The host was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it.

Perfect for relaxing and unplugging for the weekend

This place did not disappoint, we had a very pleasant stay, had all you could ask for for a short stay and then some. Evan our host was great and communicated every step of the way. The cottage was perfect and had all amenities needed. Short drive to shopping and supplies if needed. Plenty of wine tasting nearby. Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Cute and convenient

We loved our stay at this cute little cottage. It was so peaceful, with many lovely spots to enjoy our coffee and wine. The bottle of wine the owner leaves was such a nice touch. The location is so convenient to head out to the many wineries and the coast. It was clean and the bed is comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. I hope to come back and stay again.

Restful Retreat in Wine Country

My husband and I truly enjoyed coming back every afternoon, to relax and look over the vineyard and down into the valley. Perched high, this almost tiny house, had everything we needed for a delightful stay. The unit had tons of light, and with the windows open, an amazing cross breeze every morning and evening. Highly recommend.

Very beautiful setting. We spent 3 nights there and were very comfortable. There's a couple of cozy sitting areas out on the decks. Very quiet with a nice view of the vineyard. We did have some difficulty with the stone steps up from the parking spot to the first deck. We're both seniors and there are no hand rails so we had to be very careful. Younger people would probably have no problem.

Hello Sheila, I’m happy that you enjoyed the place and found it as peaceful as you did. I want to apologize for the difficulty with the steps. I actually built those steps 25 years ago. A little bit of TLC would makes this perfect

The property has a stunning location and is comfortable but needs some important repairs. The most important being the shower. The overgrown garden is attractive but the driveway should be kept clear of shrubs and dog poop.

A piece of heaven

This was an engagement trip I took with my fiancé and it was so much more than we expected. The property is beautifully landscaped, peaceful and quiet. We sat on the back patio every morning facing the private vineyard and enjoyed the sun shining and peaceful moments drinking our coffee. It was a great location for vineyards nearby and dinner spots within 10-15 miles. Will come back again!!

Quiet, cozy, scenic hideaway

We found Evan’s beautiful cottage while looking at hotel rooms for an upcoming wedding in Santa Rosa. What a lovely surprise! During the few days of festivities we were able to escape to this quiet, cozy, and scenic hideaway. We even took a long (and aerobic) walk up the winding road to the top. What a beautiful site! Evan was easy to get in touch with and very responsive to all my questions prior to arriving. Thank you for a memorable stay!
