Perfectly located condo in Ocean Village. First floor, easy to access unit In a quiet corner, overlooking the pond and green of the second hole of the golf course. Ideally located right next to the 1/2 mile of private beach access and main pool with all the amenities of the resort. There is also an onsite restaurant as well as poolside grill, hot tub, 4 pools, 10 tennis courts, basketball court, shuffled board, bocce ball and new workout facilities.

Great location with lots of amenities

This Condo was comfortable and had all the amenities of home. It was nicely decorated. The property manager answered my questions immediately and was helpful in every way. the sliding door from the family room went out to the first hole of the golf course. The beach was within walking distance. The pool was nearby but was closed down for repairs which was the only disappointment we had.

Great location

Was a great place to stay. Easy walk to the beach and Tiki Bar. The trees, flowers etc. are unbelievable beautiful. Real change from February in Ohio. Plenty of restaurants within a 10-15 drive. Also take time to go to the pier and grab a bench and watch the boat traffic. We lucked out and saw a space launch one day. Would definitely stay here again.

We love staying at OV. Villas III is our favorite place, close to the beach, restaurant and Tiki Bar. We will be back !!

Great condo

This was a great place to stay. Hostess supplied every thing you could think of them some! Steps from the beach, pool and food. The only thing we didn't care for is the golfers playing right outside the patio door. But that's just us. Other than that everything was great!

This condo was beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you needed

We fell in love with the condo. The owners went above and beyond with coffee espresso and 3 coffee pots. Nice touch leaving wine. The unit looks as it is described. You will not be sorry. Can’t wait to come back

Great Experience!

The condo was exactly as advertised. We received early check in, which worked out great since we arrived early into the area. The owners immediately replied to any questions. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay at this condo again!

Great location, very clean, good & quick communication with property owner. Kitchen was well stocked with various size pans & gadgets. Only suggestion would be firmer mattress & new couch. Recliners were very comfortable, mostly used them. Screen door didn’t slide well, but only went out once, weather wasn’t the best, just happens that way sometimes. Overall everything was wonderful! Would stay again & longer! Thank you!

Ocean Villas III

We really enjoyed our introduction to this community. In spite of unusually cold temps during our week, we enjoyed the resort and the surrounding area. Our hosts were excellent communicators and the condo was comfortable and clean.

Loved Our Stay

We found the complex to be easy to navigate and to have plenty to do. The people there was very friendly. The unit was well stocked with whatever you need for a week at the beach, including coffee fixings, beach towels, toiletries. There was even a beach chair and umbrella, which I greatly appreciated.

Everything was great

We really enjoyed the location of this place as we love to golf and swim we were right off hole number 1 and can see a pool and entrance to the ocean right from the condo.

Spring get-away from the snow & cold

Found the condo to be as advertised. Close to main pool & beach. Nice development. The owners & guests there were friendly & helpful. The Fort Pierce area is not as crowded as places further south which appealed to us.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was clean, bright and updated. Everything we needed was provided. Lots to do in Ocean Village. Short walk to beach and pools. Cute 9 hole golf course. Great place to stay.
