Great stay! Wayne’s place was clean and had everything you need and was very close to beach. It was October and no one was on the beach. I had the place to myself and the fish cooperated. Thanks again Wayne.

Very nice

This is our second time staying at this place. We love it so much. It is quiet and clean and beautiful all around. Very local to some of our favorite restaurants. Easy walk to the beach and pool.

Loved the place. Was just as advertised. Very comfortable with everything you would need. Great communication. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying here again.

Just what we needed

Perfect in every way. Full kitchen was a bonus! Very clean and all the comforts of home. Close to everything - all in walking distance. We will definitely be back!

The pool was great, everything with the unit was great except for the washer, it had a bad drum bearing so it would not spin fast enough to get the water out of the clothes,the last few days it threw a bunch of codes and stopped so we stopped using it.Other than that we had a great time. R Loper

Great place and great host.

We loved this property. Our view was of the golf course and the beach a few steps away. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us. Wayne was very responsive to any concerns and questions we had. We are coming back next year.

Friends Vacation

This was just the trip we needed. Six friends travelled together and three stayed in this unit. It was just what we needed. Wayne was outstanding to work with and his communication was impeccable. We would totally go back.

Overall good. Changed the furnace filter as it had been in since 9/24. No Kleenex and hand soap containers empty. Fun to watch the golfers on #1 green.

Great getaway

Really nice. Property is exactly as listed. No surprises. Enjoyed everything the grounds had to offer. Any questions to Property Manager was answered promptly. I think that was a big plus.

Some kind of biting bug in furniture and bed. Caused bites everywhere. Took a measure of enjoyment out of our stay

I am sorry that you had an experience with the prevalent Florida bugs known as Noseeums. To confirm there was not a pest issue upon inspection after your stay. Noseeums come out on days when the wind is low, most of your stay had wind, the last few days of your stay was rather calm which would explain your bites. I do understand your displeasure with being bit by the Noseeums, they can be quite annoying, however please know we have no control over the bugs, it is one of the downside to living in paradise. I feel a 3 star review is a critical review as you did mention what a good time you had and how much you enjoyed our condo. Additionally, you mentioned that you "want to keep the communication open and would like to come back next year".

Perfection on the green

This is our second time staying in this property. We enjoyed it so mich the first time we knew we wanted to stay again for our weekend away. The condo is perfect for a couples getaway. The beach access is so close. We could walk over in the evenings and enjoy happy hour by the surf. The condo has been nicely updated and everything you need is available. We really enjoyed watching the rabbits hop around the green early in the morning and in the evening. The check in/out process was simple. We'll definitely be back!
