Yes, comes with your own boat ramp, just add fish!
Newly remodeled vacation home with a spacious great room along with a full window view of the magnificent Rogue River, includes hot tub! (swim and tub at own risk)
Home has 3 bedrooms with two kings and one queen . 2 1/2 baths and a bonus room that can sleep additional guests. It has a large kitchen with all new appliances, cooking island, coffee bar and wine cooler for relaxing at the end of the day. If you decide to stay in for the day there are 2 separate big screen TV’s, a game table and a wood stove to stay cozy (firewood not included).
There is a large covered deck on the river side with a great BBQ (included) space for entertaining or seclusion, just add the Kabob's.
The backyard includes an outdoor fire pit to enjoy the cool evening breeze from the river (firewood not included).
Fishing? Yes whether you bring your own boat or hire a local guide, the Rogue is famous for great Salmon, Steelhead and Trout fishing. Don't forget your drift boat, kayak or tubes you can launch from the property, or just chill on the bank in your favorite lounge chair.
The River House is located between Medford and Grants Pass with easy access to Ashland and historical Jacksonville. Not to mention a possible tour of the Rogue Valley wineries and all the great areas Southern Oregon has to offer.

Always enjoy staying at the river house. It's proximity to all of southern Oregon is great and the house and grounds are well maintained. Our dog likes to be able to go outside and I like the fenced yard so he can be out on his own for a bit. Really like going to the antiques shops in Medford and Grants Pass and stopping to get cheese at the Rogue River Creamery.

Wonderful place to stay.

We were extremely comfortable and everything we needed was there. Well communicated. Very clean and a wonderful experience. We would stay here again.

This property had everything we were looking for. All photos and details were spot on. Hosts were easy to contact and answered all questions. Loved that there was fans in each room if needed. Lots of kitchen equipment to use. Easy to get to where we wanted to go.

Michelle, thank so you much for the great review. We are glad everything worked out. I have to apologize. I was doing my rating and my fat thumb hit a four instead of a five for cleanliness. I called VRBO to try to correct it so that you’re all five stars but there isn’t a way to change it. You guys were awesome, even the cleaners said what a great job you guys did taking care of the place and cleaning it up. This property is spot on! The host communication was excellent. House is just as described in listing. We spent every night relaxing on the deck listening to the peaceful river. The hot tub was a bonus to unwind after a day of exploring the area. Plenty of amenities to cook with if you so wish. The beds were comfy and the home was very clean. Thank you very much for a great stay in Oregon!

Great place for a fall getaway!

We’ve stayed here three times and plan to stay here again. It’s perfect for launching the boat for a day on the Rogue River. The house is so comfortable and close to shopping in the Medford area. We love it here!

Great property with Rogue River access!

Always a good stay!

We have been to this wonderful river house three times now. The house has all you need for a comfortable, homey stay. With the hot tub, the lawn, and the property down to the river there is much to do! We love this house!

Rogue River Retreat

This is a beautiful spot to relax, especially on the spacious back deck/porch overlooking the Rogue River. We cooked big meals, played games, lounged in the hot tub, fished in the river and enjoyed good company. It was a great place for us to be between trips to the Redwoods and Crater Lake.

River house is a must

It’s as picturesque as the photos. You are so close to nature with the river at your feet but still very close to the town which is very convenient. The house is so welcoming and has everything you need including a very nice hot tub.

Enjoyable getaway

We have stayed at this property a number of times now, and each has been more relaxing than the last. The area is great for exploring different interests; wineries, antiques, food or just reading and hanging by the river. First time for our friends and they loved the house and property. The mystery house (vortex) was a hit too. Looking forward to hopefully staying again.

Fabulous location and home!!!

Highly recommend this property. Beautiful location right on the Rogue River. House is newly remodeled. Very nice for large family stay. Fantastic kitchen and wonderful open living/dining room. Will come back the next time we visit the Medford area.

National Park getaway

My wife and I stayed here for a week to explore 3 national parks. A great location if you are trying to do all 3 (still 1300 miles in a week to see them all). The hot tub is perfect for resting those tired hiking legs. The deck overlooking the river is wonderful. The house has everything you will need or want! We would definitely stay here again!!

Get away from hot weather in Nevada

Perfect place for us to stay. We have family in Oregon not to far from Gold Hill. Beautiful setting. Doug and Krysti are two of the best we have dealt with. We are going back next year!

A beautiful house that had everything we needed. Absolutely enjoyed the gorgeous house and loved the evenings in the hot tub before sleep. Can’t think of anyway to make the stay better.
