Gayle,You have a beautiful home! All the beds were so comfy! We had a family emergency and 2 family members couldn't make it so we had so much more room to spread out. The view in the backyard of the river is awesome. We make this family trip every year and will definitely stay again, My mom and aunt both commented on how nice it was to have their own bathrooms for each room. Thanks for sharing this lovely home.

We loved the location of this property! It was as described and we appreciated the layout with separate bedroom areas. My only complaint was with communication with the owner. I was told the code would be emailed to me, but I didn’t receive it until right before we arrived from the airport, which was after check-in time. I requested the code earlier in the day, but got no response, so I was a little anxious!!

Great Property

Very clean, relaxing, comfortable and convenient by being in town close to amenities. Views of the river were very nice. This property was perfect for our needs, to meet family, play games and watch movies.

We loved our stay in Grant’s Pass! The beds were comfy and the bedding felt like home. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a meal. The view of the river from the back deck was a nice bonus, and the house had plenty of space for everyone to play cards or get some R&R. In many ways, it felt better than home. The traffic noise can be little loud at night when sleeping as the boulevard runs near the house, and the water pressure is really strong in the showers. Regardless, we would love to stay here again!

Cozy Home

Second time booking this home. We love the location (although the homeless camp across the River is growing} but despite that lovely place to stay with family for a few days with all the comfort of home.

Grants Pass Getaway

Great house. We would rent it again. Our golf tournament was at Grants Pass Golf Club and this house was within 4 miles of the course.

Beautiful comfortable stay

Beautiful property, just like the photos. Luxurious comfortable bedding in all rooms. Great fully stocked kitchen. Gayle was very responsive and gave some great tips for what we should do. We loved it!

Wedding Trip

Beautiful location, river running by the backyard. Clean and well thought of floor plan, open. I highly recommend making reservations here in Grants Pass, Oregon.

The place was very nice just wish they had a place to put clothes out of your suitcase. Drawers in master were full of blankets and linens and only closet upstairs.

Beautiful, well appointed home!

Booked this property as it was close to the wedding venue that my daughter was getting married. Beautiful, tasteful home with a very well stocked kitchen. Wish we had more time just to enjoy the home!

Grants Pass perfect home.

We loved everything about this house. We were in Grants Pass for my nephews wedding. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The house was very quiet and had a great floor plan which let my husband do some work while still being part of the visiting with relatives. The primary bedroom had the most comfortable bed and we slept great.

My husband, dog, and I stayed here for a long 4 day weekend. We found the townhome to be very spacious, comfortable, and most importantly to us, clean. The home is very well appointed and nicely decorated. We loved all the natural light. The yard was perfect for our little dog, and the proximity to downtown was so convenient. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable and we loved the high ceilings and large windows with the river view. Traffic can be heard from both the master and front bedroom probably due to the 199 overpass over the river being quite close, but it did not bother us. I would suggest putting some hooks in the master bedroom and bathroom to hang clothes, etc. We used the front bedroom as our closet and luggage storage since there is no closet in the master bedroom. A delightful stay and highly recommend. We hope to stay here again during our next visit to Grants Pass.

We were very disappointed in this house. It was not clean. The bathtub in the front was dirty. There were cobwebs in the light above the dining table. The top of the fridge was full of dust. There were jelly beans on the floor by the couch . There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and we had 6 people. Only 1 wine glass.. dust bunnies on the kitchen floor. We will not be staying here again.
