THIS IS A COMPLETELY RENOVATED HOUSE IN THE CENTER OF DOWNTOWN. THE HOUSE FEATURES ALL NEWLY REFINISHED HARDWOOD FLOORS, TWO ALL NEW BATHROOMS, A BRAND NEW KITCHEN WITH GRANITE COUNTERTOPS, FRESH PAINT AND ALL NEW FURNISHINGS. HOUSE IS ONLY TWO BLOCKS FROM DOWNTOWN, 2 BLOCKS TO THE INTERSTATE AND 6 BLOCKS TO COLORADO COLLEGE. A PERFECT LOCATION FOR EVERYTHING IN COLORADO SPRINGS.

THE HOUSE HAS A NICE YARD WITH A HOT TUB and BACK PATIO TO RELAX AND BBQ. THERE IS A SMALL COTTAGE AT THE BACK OF THE PROPERTY THAT A Single, quiet tenant lives in.

The house was very well kept, cute and convenient! The living room was a bit small, but the hot tub was a very well liked extra bonus. We were able to access sites, restaurants and other activities easy from the location.

Great value, Great location

Squeaky clean and really well maintained. Location was great; easy walk to downtown while the neighborhood was very quiet and private. I highly recommend this property.

Great Colorado Springs Stay!

Booked this one last minute and it was exactly as advertised and a great stay. Location was excellent and off on its own private road with quick access to all of downtown and surrounding sites. The home was perfect, cozy, and well laid out. Perfect condition and very accommodating. Highly recommend this space!

Great stay

This property was a great place to spend our long weekend in COS. It was walkable to downtown and close to all attractions. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub!

The house was clean and walkable to the downtown for restaurants and shopping. Easy to park and get to all the tourist sites. Beds were comfortable, chairs were not. You do have to walk past many unhoused folks and while the park by the river looked nice it did not feel safe to go walking there due to all the camping people.

This house had everything we needed and was within walking distance of so many great place to eat. The house was clean, well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Great stay at a very nice place! Close enough to walk to many restaurants and Weidner field for a soccer game! Hot tub is a nice added bonus!

Colorado Springs week

Our family of four adults stayed in this cute, cozy yet spacious home for five nights. The kitchen, dining, and bedrooms are spacious. The living room furniture has room for four to sit snuggly. The kitchen is sufficiently appointed. Three bedrooms, two with comfortable beds and I am told the twin beds in the third room were not comfortable but sufficient sleep was obtained. The outdoor patio and hot tub were a nice place to gather and relax. The location is fantastic. Many nearby places to walk and explore. Many restaurants in walkable to distance. The host was responsive to our questions. We will be back next year and hope this home is available! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great Base for our Family Vacation

Property was spotless clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for our group of four adults and two teenagers. Located on a quiet private street two blocks from Tejon and all the restaurants and shops you could want, super convenient location.

Charming and cozy

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The decor was charming. It was fun to explore downtown within walking distance. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to relax.

Great House

This house is very cute and was great for our needs. We could walk to downtown and the house has direct access to a nice running/biking path. Check in and parking were very easy.

Amazing house!

This house is so charming! The old vent covers, the pull chain lights and the claw foot tub make this house a total vibe. Plus it’s walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend!!

Great little house for a family

This house worked well for our family of 6. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and we liked that we were walking distance to restaurants. We were nervous about being so close to the soup kitchen and seeing many homeless people as we drove to the property but it’s a private and quiet street that seemed to have no issues.

Cozy downtown house

Overall a very nice home in a great location. Hot tub was a hit with our kids and the bedrooms were well furnished. The dining table was big enough for a large group to sit around. Quiet neighborhood and parking was a breeze. Only negative was that the living space is fairly small; the 5 of us could not all sit comfortably at the same time. Otherwise, a great overall choice.
