Located in a very nice section of Colorado Springs and very quiet. Property is beautifully maintained and there is a great view from the windows into the park. Parking is easy and we stayed for 6 days. First night we got a great view of a bear in the back yard eating the bushes. It was quite entertaining as the main unit is located a story above the backyard so no chance of any personal bear interactions. Very close to the Broadmore if you would like to visit or dine there.

Thank you, for the nice review as well as the picture of the bear! I’ve shared it with all of my friends. We’ve lived here all of our lives, and all we have are pics of them tipping cans over and destroying cars❤️ ANYWAY, I hope you can stay again!

Paula was an amazing host. Very responsive, great hospitality. The home is absolutely gorgeous. It’s in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by other gorgeous homes. Perfect area to take a relaxing stroll with my doggy. The place was clean and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Hopefully we will have a chance to stay here again!

I saw you and spoke to you every single day and helped you find restaurants etc. brought a family over etc. you said nothing to me about cleaning issues. Typical scam to not want to pay

Nicest place to stay in the Colorado Springs area. 10-15 to everything and close to tons of restaurants. The neighborhood is exceptionally beautiful and quiet. Neighbors walk around the block in the evening b with their dogs and are very friendly. The Vrbo is decorated in a classy and comfortable way. Much better than staying in a hotel. We came for the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo, that was only a 10 minute drive. I could not recommend this place more!!

We traveled to CS for a family members graduation and acompanying parties. Our stay at this rental was relaxing and the host was very responsive. When traveling to the area in the future we will definitely book this property again.

The property was really nice and cozy! We loved our stay and it felt very Colorado. Lots of nice amenities and plenty of space for two people. The only things we had difficulties with were opening the sliding bathroom door if it was closed fully, and that the shower flooded and did not drain properly.

Beautiful home in a great location with a wonderful host!

We had a wonderful week and a half in this perfectly located, beautiful home with a great view! Paula was very quick to respond to any questions and gave us some great suggestions of places to eat and things to do in the area.
