Brie’s place was perfect for our two families who were visiting Co Springs for a baseball tournament. The property was clean and had everything we needed! Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy everything the house had to offer.

Breanne, the hostess/owner, was AMAZING! We had a request which was granted without question. The house was immaculate and quite accommodating for our family. Brea was warm, friendly and genuinely welcoming. When we checked out, a couple of important items were inadvertently left behind. She contacted us and made arrangements for receipt. If we return with our extended family, we will definitely stay again. Conveniently located and HIGHLY recommended! You will not be disappointed!

When we first arrived it was downpour raining and super eerie outside. I remember being a little worried about location but hadn’t seen any reviews about that particular thing. Once we got inside and started to settle I was so impressed! Everything was spotless and everything you could think of was supplied. Literally the best VRBO we have been to when it comes to cleanliness and stocked kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room. The location ended up being perfect! It was central to everywhere we visited and it’s a quiet older area perfectly located to downtown. The backyard was our safe haven. We spent our mornings eating outside while using the blackstone and our evenings playing bags! I can’t say enough good things about communication either. Just overall a perfect location for us, cleanliness was top tier, and we had everything we needed and more.

We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. The location was fantastic—close to everything we wanted to see and do, while still feeling comfortable and relaxing.The home itself was beautifully designed, thoughtfully decorated, and exceptionally well maintained. Every space felt welcoming, and it was clear that a lot of care had gone into creating a great guest experience.Brie was an outstanding host throughout our stay. She was responsive, helpful, and provided some excellent local recommendations that helped make our trip even better. From restaurants to activities, her suggestions were spot on.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our time here. Between the beautiful home, great location, and exceptional hospitality, it made for a memorable trip. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had the best time in this super clean, perfectly stocked, adorable home in Colorado Springs. The host thought of every detail, and we can’t wait to come back and stay again! Such a cute, pet friendly place to spend a weekend.

Our host was fantastic. Brie was always available to help with anything. The house is great . Very clean and everything one might need in the kitchen. I would absolutely stay again.

We absolutely have loved this home for our family vacation! Everything was as described and pictured! The house was pristine and just beautiful inside and outside! Brie was so incredibly responsive before and during our trip! She even came by to bring our grocery delivery inside before we got to the house which was much appreciated! The little touches - welcome note on the scrabble board, sweet treats in the fridge, and hand written card make it even more personable and just makes you feel so welcome to this house!! The rooms were comfortable for each of us - we all slept so good! My daughter loved the hammock on the back patio area, and spent portion of each evenings in we were home laying in it!The garden tub was so relaxing! Brie gave us recommendations for places to eat and activities and the ones we chose to do were on point! I have zero complaints or cons about this home - we would 10/10 recommend to anybody looking for a great place for their vacation in Colorado Springs! Hopefully we will be back again next year!

Brie was very attentive to my texts and the place was great.. the neighborhood was old but neighbors we talked to very nice.. stayed with our 2 Dachshunds and they loved the 3 Frenchies next door.. everything was easy to get to from this location… would stay again…
