Great location!

Cute condo with a great view and fabulous hot tub. Plenty of room for guests and within walking distance of shopping, a park, restaurants and a wonderful coffee shop.Easy to find and many shuttles near by that can take you to the WP Resort.

Condo was great and close to townSmall complaints are the batteries in the Roku remote didn’t work so had to go buy batteries to watch tv and floors could use a good cleaningThat being said we would definitely rent again

The condo was perfect for our ski weekend in Winter Park. Convenient to everything, with great scenic views from the main windows and decks. The hot tub was first rate and sparkling clean!

The condo was lovely. Clean, well kept, comfortable beds and furniture. With 3 teenagers, have 3 bedrooms and 4 baths was perfect! And no one complained about having a private hot tub! Kitchen utensils could have been a little better stocked for cooking, but that is a very minor complaint. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here! Very clean townhome in a convenient location in Winter Park! Check in process was easy and they were even able to accommodate a slightly early check in. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Great location and wonderful property.

This property was perfect for our group of 5 and a toddler. Bonus points is there were moose hanging out in the backyard on occasion. Fantastic location for traveling to ski resort and other local shops.

SO Perfect!

The property was clean, there was enough space to sit around and play cards and relax. The Hot tub was amazing, and you are super close to restaurants. This exceeded my expectations.

Great Location, Very Clean

The condo was super cozy and immaculately clean and updated. It has all the amenities you can think of for a vacation in Winter Park. The location is a little tucked away but only a short walk to buses and can even walk to most places you need to go. The communication with property managers was excellent and they really wanted to make sure our stay exceeded expectations which it did. Highly recommend this property and will stay again if in area

Family Thanksgiving Retreat-Great Property!

Very clean property and great location walk-able to anywhere in town. Bus ride to ski area very close as well. Bedroom layout was perfect for us with 3 bedrooms all with on suite bathrooms. Spent thanksgiving weekend here and the kitchen was well stocked with pots,pans,untensils and other dishware needed for cooking. Property was very clean and in good condition. Bonus-hot tub was awesome on a cold winter night!

5 star place to stay. Walking distance to restaraunts, bars, and grocery. Minutes to winter park. Very clean, fire place, and hot tub ! Moose sightings off the back deck !! Highly recommend and reasonable pricing.

Perfect Location

Backs to what is presumably an environmental/wetland area. Pretty cool...two moose grazed and spent the night within 20 yards of the deck. Very central, so walking distance from everything in town, but also far from the tracks so you are less likely to wake up to the night train. .

Great Location

Nice property in a great location in town. Layout is nice with 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The only complaint I would have, is that the bedroom on the main level is in need of a new mattress. You can tell when you look at that it dips in the center, so when you lay down you roll to middle. Not comfortable at all. Otherwise everything else is great.

Great ski condo

Beautiful condo with great views and in a good location, close to main street Winter Park. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Just a few issues that turned this from a 5 star into a 4 star review: the directions link sent to us by the management company took us to the wrong location; and the condo and hot tub were both freezing cold when we got there, so we had a few hours of chilly living. But the condo eventually heated up and they fixed the hot tub the next day and we had no further issues after arrival. Would recommend turning the heat on and checking hot tub temp before guests arrive to welcome them. Aside from that, it's a lovely condo with all the supplies one would want in the kitchen and elsewhere. We would definitely stay here again. 5 stars on the condo itself.
