We had the absolute best time at the flip flop inn. The space accommodated our group perfectly and the amenities were great! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a retreat.

The house was perfect! It was very clean and so much space! The house was very stocked on everything you needed just bring your groceries. Back yard was like our own little resort! Host was exceptional kept us updated, informed and was easy to reach if needed. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Flip Flop Inn! Kelly was a great host and sent clear, detailed check-in instructions on the day we arrived, making everything easy.The house was exactly as pictured—beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. We had eight people in our group, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything we needed for our week-long stay, and there were plenty of towels, dishes, seating, and comfortable beds.Our grandchildren especially enjoyed the pool and the pool table. It was the perfect place for our family to relax, spend time together, and make great memories.We couldn't have been happier with our stay and would definitely book the Flip Flop Inn again. If you're planning a trip to Galveston, I highly recommend staying here!

Cozy, comfy and fun! This was such a beautiful home with the salt water pool, huge hot tub and a pool table! Wish we could stay longer and definitely need to bring the kids next time.

Fantastic stay! It was chilly the week we arrived so having a hot tub and pool was great. Also plenty of space to relax in the evenings.

Kelly was wonderful!! She left such welcoming touches for us and we felt thoroughly at ease staying there. The pool and hot tub were great as well as the outdoor fireplace. It was the perfect place to stay before our cruise drive. Would highly recommend! We had a great time!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The host checked on us to make sure everything was good through out our stay! The house is beautiful and very well accommodated for all your needs! The pool was a huge hit for our kids and the hot tub was perfect for the adults! The house had everything you could possibly forget because let’s be honest. As much as we prepare for a trip, sometimes things get left behind, but not with this property she got your back!

This host was PERFCT! The property was amazing! We all loved it!!!! The only 2 things were the hot tub is older and you can’t really see the buttons to operate it .. but we still used it daily and definitely enjoyed it!!The other thing is the spa tub.It was definitely clean just didn’t look it and the water pressure is not enough to fillIt quickly so if you wanted to use that, which we did but weren’t able to you’d have to run the water for over an hour.But it wasn’t a huge deal because everything else made up for that!The kitchen was amazing! Everything was there almost like home!!! We will definitely try and book again!!!

Thanks so much for your review, Tracy! I guess by “Spa Tub” you are referring to the master bathtub? We turned that feature off years ago and it is not intended to be used and it is not advertised in the listing information. We felt like there was no sense in having both a huge hot tub in the back yard AND a private hot tub in the master bathroom. So we unhooked it years ago, lol. It’s meant to be used only as a large bath tub/shower! But I’m glad you all were able to use the hot tub in the yard! Yes it’s an older spa but SO nice and relaxing! Thanks again!

This property was better than advertised. Attentive host. Very clean property. Fully stocked kitchen. Grandkids were entertained the entire time between the hot tub, heated pool and games. Minutes away from beautiful sunsets on the beach. Property was very quite even over new eve. Kids loved the loft.

Just enough for everyone

My Family and I stayed at the Flip Flop Inn. It is a charming place that has enough to keep everyone busy and in their own space. We loved the location and had a great time hanging out with Family.

What a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed staying here immensely! There was 5 of us women and my 9 mo old daughter with us and we had the best time! Kelly was such a thoughtful and attentive host, we felt so welcome and at home as soon as we got there!

Great family stay!

The house was spotless, had everything we could need in the kitchen and the beds were comfy. The pool was the icing on the cake for the family to enjoy! Definitely will book again.

Awesome!

The house was just as listed. Clean and well kept house, with a good assortment of utensils and flatware. Bathrooms were very clean and updated Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The back deck was the best with a large pool, hot tub, gas grill, pool table and plenty of chairs and loungers to choose from. Kelly, the host, has done a great job with her house. Would definitely stay again.

Great place!

Flip flop Inn is lovely, clean, and very well maintained. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The deck, outdoor living area pool and hot tub were family favorites. The host was amazing!

Great house, great property manager = Great Weekend!

My family and friends stayed there and the house was wonderful! Easy access to the water park, airport & the Strand! Stayed in communication with the property manager which was so sweet & helpful. Would definitely stay again and high recommend this house!

We purchased this property after the infamous Hurricane Ike, planning on using it for a long-term rental. However a turn of events led our family to moving in and making it our permanent home in 2009. As our older children grew up and moved out we starting thinking about vacation rental potential and seeing what a blessing this home could be to other families and groups!
With its convenient location to just about everything great that Galveston has to offer, yet with a homey feel that will make your vacation a special one!
