We had a few bumps in the road but the host was very helpful and our stay was wonderful. This house is perfect for a family vacation, the beds were so comfortable and the view was beautiful. This house has it all for a beach vacay and you can’t beat the location it’s very close to everything but you still get your tucked away beach house.

Overall excellent little place . The short walk to the beach was great. Had a nice view of parts of the gulf. Open concept living with plenty of supplies. Cute coffee bar just needs a bigger coffee pot lol. Big selection of board games for the family. Hot tub is a plus. House had a wonderful golf cart we just didn’t use it much. House was clean !!! Communication with host was easy. Would stay here again !!

The house was clean and as described. The host was very nice. We wouldn’t change a thing. It was a short walk to putting your toes in the sand. There are no cars allowed on this section of the beach and it was so clean. The water was clear, no seaweed, no jellyfish, only a little sunburn. We would definitely go back.

Absolutely fantastic stay – we couldn’t have asked for more!This beach house was even bigger and more spacious than the pictures suggested, giving our family plenty of room to spread out and relax. The beds were incredibly comfy – we all slept wonderfully every night.The awesome deck was one of our favorite spots, perfect for morning coffee or evening unwind time. Having the golf cart and hot tub made beach days so convenient and fun; we used both constantly and they really elevated the whole experience.It was perfect for our young children. The huge fenced-in yard gave them a safe place to play freely, which was a huge relief as parents.Overall, this was an amazing stay from start to finish. We 100% recommend this house and would book it again in a heartbeat!

The property was so close to the beach, which was perfect for the kiddos! It was just as pictured. Very clean & had everything we needed. Host was super nice & quick to respond with any and all questions. We had a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the beach house. It's so close to the beach, closer than it looks in the pictures. We loved all the games and coffee bar. The beds were super comfortable. The hot tub was fantastic, especially on a rainy night. We had some issues with the oven not working, I'm sure that will be resolved quickly. We would love to come back!

Home location was perfect, so close to the beach. The home itself was super clean and had a great layout for us. We really enjoyed our stay.Any questions we had were answered immediately. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. We had a great vacation.

This is a great beach house. Closer to the beach than it looks in pictures. Comfy beds, soft sheets, good quality toilet paper. Hey that matters to the ladies it’s a great floor plan with a big deck, beach decor is pretty but not over done. Quick hot water, nice finishes. Even the golf cart is beautiful. My only con is Im not a fan of the smell of the cleaning product that’s used. Would highly recommend

The house was very cute and clean, obviously redone. There was a golf cart that we were excited about using to get to the beach with all of our stuff, but the beach was so close, we didn’t even need it. We ended up not bringing our dog, but there was a great fenced in yard for kids and pups. We appreciate the communication and kindness throughout our visit.

All in all a great stay. Couple of notes: while there is a golf cart, no vehicles are allowed on the beach, so we didn’t use it except to explore the neighborhood; the hosts put air fresheners in almost every room and triggered my allergies. Otherwise, we had great communication with the host, had easy access to the beach, quick drive to Seawall and entertainment things. Oh! And it is an 8 mile drive to Moody Gardens, not 8 minutes. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Thank you for your stay with us. Yes, Galveston does not allow vehicles on the beach. This is a city rule, but we provide a free golf cart so guests can drive to the beach. The golf cart is primarily used so families can take their beach items, and children to the beach. Moody Gardens is eight minutes away, but you can also drive to Beauty Gardens, depending on traffic in approximately 8 to 10 minutes.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is close to the beach and the patio is perfect for early morning coffee while listening to the ocean waves. Very clean and well appointed! Everything we needed to make breakfast and grill out one evening. The beds are comfy and there are a variety of pillows and extra blankets. The yard was perfect for our mini Aussie, she loved it! The location is close to a convenience store if you need any last minute items. It’s only a short drive into town for all of the restaurants and local attractions! The host had great communication and was quick to answer any questions that we had. Check in was very easy. We appreciated not having a long list of check out procedures also! We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Great location in quiet neighborhood with easy 2 min or less walk to beach. There is a gated yard which was great for our two families with young kids. House was clean. The most bothersome issue with this house was the smell inside- to all us 4 adults it resembled old cigarette smoke covered up with a lot of air fresheners that were plugged into almost every room. Smell is so strong that all of our clothes and children’s sleep sacks smelt of it and I had to wash even clean clothes once home. Was an issue for one child in our group with asthma. I mentioned to host who said they were there and did not note any smell which is surprising as it is very, very robust when going from fresh air outside to inside. They did not offer to come assess situation. There is a golf cart but if you can only use to drive down to beach and a few of the streets in the neighborhood as you can’t bring on the beach. We personally found it to be less effort to carry our items a few minutes walk than load the cart/back it out, drop stuff off, then go back to drop off golf cart. We did not use the hot tub as it was too hot outside. There were a few broken features of house- closet doors in two rooms that wouldn’t open- host was responsive and offered maintenance. If it weren’t for the smell we’d consider staying here again as overall was good price and location if wanting a more private beach experience away from the crowd.

WWe think Jessica and her family for their stay with us. UUnfortunately, we do not agree with her opinion regarding her stay. TThis reservation was a very bad experience As we suffered property damages due to this guests reservation. WWe are currently working with VRBO to file a claim. TThe guest broke the Golf Cart ignition, caused damages to both interior showers, damaged, three couches, damaged a kitchen drawer, linens, and left our staff with 6 hour cleaning job due to massive amount of sand brought into the home. We hope our future VRBO guests consider our consistent five star reviews as this property is a premier property that has consistently been a guest favorite.

This is a favorite location of mine. The house I previously rented has become a permanent home. So, when I found out the house next to it was now a rental I was very happy. Super close to the beach (maybe 20-30 steps), with no public access makes for a peaceful stay. Sitting on the deck, with a view of the Gulf, sunrise and sunsets, wildlife and shrimp boats is always amazing. The house was very clean, stocked with everything we needed. Any questions were answered very quickly. Had a wonderful vacay and look forward to returning!
