Located in Kingston Plantation, just a short walk to the beach, our 4 bedroom/3 full bath villa sleeps 8 very comfortably with 1 king and 3 queen beds.

There are 2 bedrooms downstairs…the Master with a bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and another full bath with double vanity. Upstairs, there are 2 more bedrooms and another full bath with a double vanity. The upstairs also has a loft area that could accommodate air mattresses…a great, fun place for the kids!!

Our villa is fully equipped with tvs in bedrooms, a 50” tv in the den, coffee maker, Keurig machine, dishes, cookware, washer and dryer, DVD player and free WiFi.

Our villa is privately-owned in Windermere By the Sea, within the Kingston Plantation Resort, a gated community in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

There is a screened in porch on the 1st floor and a balcony on the 2nd floor.

You’ll find that Kingston Plantation has everything you could want. There are sandy beaches, resort pools, walking trails, numerous freshwater ponds, volleyball courts, bicycles available for rent, and tennis/pickleball courts with the state-of-the-art fitness center (for a reasonable fee).

Note: The unit is a 2 floor unit, beginning on the 2nd floor. Must take stairs to front door.

It's large, spacious, comfortable and met our needs very well. We were very pleased with our rental. Location is also very convenient - near a swimming pool and the ocean.

Perfect!

This is a lovely property, very clean and spacious with everything you need, although it was missing a clothes airer, but we bought one and left it there.The location was perfect for the pools and a short walk to the beach.We had so much fun staying here and would definitely come back.

All and all the property was very nice. The family had a wonderful time. The owner always got back to us in a timely manner. We easy to work with.I had two concerns, when we walked in we found three dead roaches, one in the living room one in a bathroom and one in a bedroom. The other concern was the ceiling fan in the living room, the dust and dirt on it was very thick.

Great condo

We always love staying at Kingston Plantation. This condo is great. I think the cleaning staff could do a better job though. And it might be time to update the beds. There is plenty of room and its close to the ocean. Well stocked kitchen with anything you might need.

Great condo in a great location.

Kim, the owner is always available to take care of any question or problem. Just a nice beautiful place to stay. The location is in an area that I consider the best at Myrtle Beach. Everything you might need is available within a couple miles without any serious traffic. If you are coming in from I95 on 22 it is maybe 3 minutes from the end of 22 to the condo. I am a former condo in this area that was the reason, so easy in and out. Thanks again Kim for allowing us to use you beautiful home. Henry

Some good some improvements needed

This unit is spacious but the internet does not work well. The vents need some attention. Kitchen was very nicely equipped. The owner was very responsive. The pool on the property was closed so many times we wanted to use it. Overall it was nice and glad it was available for the July 4th holiday.

family beach trip

This vacation I traveled with my husband, parents, and in-laws. We have stayed at numerous properties at Kingston Plantation over the years. This was our first time staying in the Windermere by the Sea. We loved the abundance of space in the condo, the close proximity to the ocean, and the ease of parking right at your door. It was nice to not have to wait on an elevator or try to find a luggage cart. The only negative was the stairs for my MIL, since this is a 2nd floor unit. It was also nice to have the storage closet under the stairs available for sandy beach chairs/umbrellas. Kim, the owner, was quick to respond to any questions that we had. Overall, we really enjoyed our time at the condo.

Fantastic Find

Our original rental canceled the night before our trip and we were scrambling to find somewhere big enough to accommodate our family of 5. Kim was very quick to respond to our needs, making sure the unit could be cleaned in time and showed genuine compassion in helping us with our situation. She quickly emailed very detailed information about the villa itself, along with helpful PDF’s about the resort shuttle schedule, a map of the resort, suggestions on local fun things to do and basic rules. The unit had plenty of room for our 3 teens to have their own space, which was important to us. We enjoyed the screened in porch off of the open double height living room where I was able to work remotely and still feel like I was on vacation. The kitchen is nicely updated and when we had an issue with the fridge not cooling Kim had someone there to fix it within a half an hour! She even offered to replace any food or cost for ice if needed. We lost nothing because of her quick response to resolve the issue. With the keyless entry, we didn’t need to be there either. It’s a very short walk to the beach and the pool is very close as well. We have stayed at Kingston before and it is a top notch resort. Beautifully kept grounds and security 24/7. We feel very comfortable letting the kids have some lead way when staying, unlike in the heart of Myrtle. We were actually happy that we lost our first booking, because Kim’s kindness and eagerness to make you feel welcomed are unmatched! Thank you

Good location if you are going to the beach.

It met our needs and the place has 4 beds. The screened in porch was somewhat small but nice. The only knock I have is that their was no toiletries provided. Everywhere I have stayed had soap and shampoo like a hotel would. I can't say what dishes , etc were there because we literally never ate there.

Great location, great hostess

We love Kingston Plantation and stay there every time we go to Myrtle Beach. It’s a great central location with lots to do. This house had plenty of room for 2 families of 4. I was very impressed with the responsiveness of our hostess. Any questions we had were answered very quickly & she was extremely helpful.

Amazing beach getaway!!

We had an amazing vacation at Kingston Plantation. The property was conveniently located across the street from the beach. This was our 4th property that we have rented in Kingston Plantation. It is by far our favorite. We will definitely rent again next year. Thank You Kim.

We are the Watson family. My husband and I both grew up in North Carolina (attending rival colleges in NC), and we still live in NC. We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for over 20 years. Our girls have grown up loving the beach, the ocean, and all of the fun that Myrtle Beach, in particular, has to offer. Ultimately, we plan to move to the beach to enjoy our retirement.
