Diamante 107 is the only 2 bedroom condo at Las Palomas with both a true beachfront location and an expansive private walk out patio. There are no elevators, no long hallways, and no crowds to navigate. Simply step outside and you are at the pools, beach, and resort amenities.

This Phase 1, ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation retreat offers an incredible 2500 square foot private patio that extends to the edge of the beach. Perfect for families or couples, the patio creates an unmatched indoor outdoor living experience. Our private stairs lead directly to where the infinity pool, water slide, pool bar, and beach come together. Walk a few steps to the right to reach the pools or a few steps to the left to access the pool bar and beach. Pull up one of the high top chairs where the patio meets the sand and enjoy panoramic views of the sunrise, sunset, and the Old Port.

Pick up fresh seafood at the local fish market or world class Sonoran beef at one of the nearby carnicerías and enjoy grilling just steps from your front door. Inside, the living area features triple wide sliding glass doors with breathtaking ocean views, a 55 inch Sony Smart TV, and surround sound with a Bluetooth sound bar. Both bedrooms offer ocean views through their own sliding doors and each includes a 43 inch TV. High speed WiFi is included, with a wireless router programmed for our guests’ exclusive use.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining and includes thoughtful extras such as spices, cooking spray, a professional high powered blender, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Beach chairs, floats, and children’s beach toys are provided and stored in the entry closet for your convenience.

Both bedrooms feature premium blackout window treatments and high quality Tuft and Needle mattresses for exceptional sleep. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and the guest bedroom includes a queen bed. Each bedroom offers a variety of pillows to suit individual preferences. The living area also includes a full sized memory foam sofa bed with an upgraded hotel grade mechanism designed for real comfort. The condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests.

Both bathrooms feature travertine tile and walk in showers. The primary bathroom includes double sinks and a large soaking tub.

Good to know: Las Palomas provides a maximum of six resort wristbands for this condo.
