In addition to Opalo 107 we rent Opalo 108 ideal for big groups and family reunions; we also own and rent other ground floors close by:

Birthday trip 2024

We always love coming to rocky point and staying at different places. This time was no different! Location was very convenient to pool and beach! Only thing is this really isn’t ground floor… there is still steps to the room which we didn’t expect. Also the room could use a little upgrading. Needs more supplies and cooking wear ect. Other then that amazing like always

Great location

2nd time we stayed in this condo. Upon arrival there were a couple minor issues but the host was quivk to respond back and we had a wonderful trip.

Labor Day Vacation

Overall the property was as described in the listing and the proximity to the pool and beach was perfect! There were a few minor inconveniences in the unit but those can be easily resolved. The fan in one of the rooms didn’t work and the remote was missing. The main patio slider door seemed to get stuck on the track making it difficult to open and close so we mainly used the slider doors from the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space and seating on the patio for the entire family.

Las Palomas a wonderful place to enjoy with family. We enjoyed our time so much and the unit was great. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

Perfect getaway

This property allowed us to have a perfect getaway. We enjoyed our stay, and all the amenities contributed to the experience. The place was very clean, and the patio and location made our stay even better! Definitely will be coming back to this specific condo.

Great location

We’ve loved the property. We had an issue with las Paloma’s (we’ve been coming for almost ten years) but the whole condo smelled liked sewage and they said it was ready but it was evident that they had not cleaned or mopped. They came and cleaned after we called. It took about a day and a half for the smell to go away. As far as the condo - we loved it once the smell went away!

Loved how close we were to the pool!

We really enjoyed our condo stay at Las Palomas this spring break. The patio is Huge! I love that my kids could walk down to the pool without worrying about elevators and long walks. The condo itself was beautiful and very clean. We will for sure be back! Thank you!

Great Location

This condo is perfect for multiple families or couples traveling with kids. The patio is HUGE and the location can’t be beat. You can walk directly to the pool and beach without taking an elevator. There is also plenty of parking in front of the unit which is great when for loading and unloading stuff! The condo has smart TV’s in all the bedrooms which my kids loved being able to watch their favorite shows. We will definitely stay again next year.

Condo was really nice. Fully stocked for any cooking needs. Loved having the ground floor condo. No loungue chairs as pictured but nice and shaded patio for afternoon lunch break.

The stay was pleasant, the hotel is very lovely and I think it is one of the best. I think the staff at the bar should change their attitude, and remember that we are the customers, they make you feel as if they are doing you a favor by serving you, which left an awful taste in my mouth. As for the rooms, they are good, something simple but good, perhaps my only complaint is that the mattresses are a little hard for my taste and that in terms of kitchen utensils, they feel of poor quality, dull knives, etc. The living room is very simple in terms of decoration, in my opinion, it doesn't feel very cozy, just a few sofas and a TV and that's it... Everything else was fine...

Family vacation
