Wonderfully located by downtown Santa Barbara and near picturesque, award-winning peaceful Parks, (See in Photos). Ideal for your long or short-term stays (Two-month minimum; Multiple months preferred; Six months to a year okay) in Santa Barbara, or vacations, this move-in ready remodeled Craftsman is here for you to relax and enjoy the best of Santa Barbara. Beautiful 4-bedroom, 2-bath home featuring excellent amenities and just a short walk to State Street to enjoy entertainment and dining, and minutes to the Beach. This home is updated with Viking and Sub-Zero appliances, designer features, and hardwood floors throughout. Three bedrooms have comfortable beds (1 King and 2 Queens), while the fourth bedroom is set up as an office, or the couch in the fourth opens to a Queen. Parking includes 2 spaces in the enclosed garage, 1 outside the garage, and free street parking. Backyard is fenced for a dog. Stroll to the Park and around town and enjoy exploring and sightseeing.
Walking to everything you enjoy in Santa Barbara with quick and easy access to so many great areas of the city is truly fantastic. This vacation or permanent home is suitable for singles, or multiple couples and also families with children. There are separate entrances downstairs in the private wing, for visiting guests, caretakers, assistants, or extended family. The open floor plan on the top main (entry) level, along with an adjacent outside patio with BBQ grill and fire pit provides an awesome entertaining experience for your whole party.
