Contemporary Mountain Vacation Home

This mountain home features hardwood floors, a 21' ceiling, central AC and Heat, Gas Fireplace and over 1,900 square feet of living area. Situated minutes from downtown Waynesville, NC we are located in the heart of mountain country. The property features 2 brooks that run down either side of the house and open wooded views with paved road access right to the front door. Gas Fireplace and Covered Porches. Balcony off Master Bedroom. Bring your laptop, we have high speed internet access to keep you in touch with family, friends or the office! Internet TV uses a Roku player (Guest Access) and requires your own sign-in or account.

Great mountain get away

This home was the nicest vrbo property we have ever stayed at. The house was beautifully decorated, everything was in great shape, and there was plenty of room for our family of 5. The location is excellent and the owner was exceptionally easy to communicate with.

We love this amazing cabin!

Perfect house, views! We loved and enjoyed the stay in every second of the week. We would like to return again. My kids loved everything of this place. We had an amazing snowfalls the last day of our stay.

Great spot for 3 generations to gather - clean and very comfy. Feel like you are way up in mountains but very short drive to town.

Repeat renters

This was our 2nd stay at this property this year. We love the house, the location and the convenience to everything. The owner is great to work with and makes everything very simple. We will continue to stay here for years to come.

Dogs an added fun surprise

We took our 13 y/o granddaughter and her mother with us. The visiting neighbor dogs were a real treat. Made the granddaughter happy because she was missing her dog. The home was clean and well located. Perfect for a multi family vacation with the upstairs suite bathroom and loft..

Beautiful and relaxing

The house is perfect. I spent a lot of time in the stream or on the porch. The house had a great setup for our family, 5 adults and one child. The master room upstairs is wonderful. My daughter loved the game closet and seting up the chess characters. My daughter also loved our visits from the neighborhood dogs. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We will for sure be back.

Great natural light

Super clean, great house for a family. Loved the rocking chairs and the deck around the house. Great location, road and driveway are not too steep. Definitely going back!

What a great stay. Loved the location. Relaxing clean and truly a great time. Close to great shopping and restaurants. The only issue was the electrical sockets in the restrooms were not working. All other outlets worked great We would and probably will be back

Girls Golf Weekend

Good location near Laurel Ridge and downtown Waynesville restaurants. Quiet and relaxing - we could hear the stream running out front. Owner very responsive in advance and during our stay.

Great place!

We stayed here with two other couples and it accommodated us very nicely. It is tastefully decorated and best of all it was clean. The porch and deck were relaxing areas and you can hear the babbling brook. Very peaceful, lovely place.

Great place to stay!!!!

This was our first experience with VRBO, and it was a good one. A cozy house nestled in the woods. We enjoyed staying there during our visit to the area to enjoy the fall color. Thank you Dwaine for being so helpful and letting us stay in your home.

Had a great stay

This was either a brand new house or it has been extremely well maintained. Everything was as clean as a pin and the furnishings were well done. I have no complaints at all. I would recommend this property to my family and friends. Well done!

Great stay

Had a wonderful time. This was our grandson's first exposure to snow, great experience for us all. The house was incredible, would have liked to have a later checkout time on Sunday. Felt a little rushed getting up, eating breakfast and attending church services. Thank you again for a memorable family New Year's. Tom Norton

Great place to stay!

The pictures online do not do this cabin justice. It was far better than we were expecting! The quality of everything from the towels and bedding to the kitchen utensils and wall hangings (pictures) was top notch. I would definitely recommend this cabin and would love to come stay again someday.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful weekend with our family. We relaxed in a home environment and enjoyed our time together. It was a perfect set up for 3 children plus parents. The children loved playing in the creeks. I would highly recommend this vacation home.

Lovely Home!

This is a really lovely home, in a very convenient location. The pictures don't do the home justice! The wrap around porch is fantastic, and the interior is clean and very visitor friendly. Lots of games, movies - if you've got time. I would rent this property in the future.

Great house and location.

House is virtually new, open, uncluttered, on a pleasant site. Off the beaten path but easy access to downtown Waynesville, Asheville and BR Parkway. Professional rental agent.

Great choice in Waynesville!

This home is very comfortable, well equipped, well located and spotlessly clean. It was a perfect choice for our all too brief stay in Waynesville. We would have been happy curling up with a book and staying for weeks. Two of the bedrooms are downstairs and the master bedroom is upstairs, which provides nice separation for parents and older children. All the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Thanks to the owners for making our stay very special!
