Welcome to "MAJESTIC OVERLOOK," hosted by Carolina Mountain Vacation Homes. The name says it all! This cozy log cabin sits high on Sheepback mountain overlooking Maggie Valley. You can see for miles! Up here you can feel the refreshing cool mountain breezes, but you are just minutes from the valley floor. The views are absolutely stunning from the deck and the hot tub!

At Majestic Overlook, you will enjoy total privacy, secluded from the rest of the world. The two-acre lot means NO NEIGHBORS. With great southern exposure and a 270-degree view, enjoy the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening.

This home has one bedroom on the main level with a King bed and a loft with a queen bed. Each floor has a full bathroom.

New High-Speed WIFI and Smart TVs

Come and enjoy the accommodations, the hot tub, the fire pit, the solitude, and especially the VIEWS! Come see why this is a favorite mountain hideaway. You will love it!

Private and Peaceful

A great view and a nicely appointed, spacious cabin. Large kitchen and living area along with two good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The hot tub works well, heats up nicely and is very convenient right on the deck. The access road is close to two miles of a gravel mountain road that climbs about 2000 feet with switchbacks, hair pin turns and blind corners. Highly recommend having daylight for your first trip up. Strong cell and wifi signals, no problems with connectivity which is nice in the mountains. It is particularly private and quiet, no close neighbors at all. Overall, it makes for a very pleasant vacation!

A perfect get away spot

Wow, that’s all I can say! The view is amazing! I truly loved sitting outside drinking my coffee and enjoying the Mountain View. It was peaceful, clean, and a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. We will be back!

Best view in Maggie Valley !!

We drove up to the cabin and it was very beautiful. After we got our belongings in, we stepped out onto the back deck. The view was Absolutely breathtaking. The cabin was very clean, and it really gave us a nice comfort feeling. I also wanted to give a Huge Shout out to our hosts, Paul and Katie. If there was anything we needed. They were there to take care of us. I Highly recommend this cabin to anyone who really wants to have complete seclusion. Plus the Absolute Phenomenal view. We will definitely be back.

AWESOME VIEW

The view was breathtaking! My mini cooper made it up the drive without any problems. The cabin was very clean with plenty of items. Manager was very friendly and easy to contact. Very secluded and quiet cabin. Will definitely return!

Anniversary getaway

We rented the cabin for our 10 year anniversary and wanted a place with privacy and a great view of the fall foliage. We picked the correct place. The view was amazing- better than the pics. Although there are other cabins on the mountain they are all separated with their own private drive giving you complete privacy. The cabin itself was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the valley and nights sitting by the fire- inside and outside. When I needed to contact the host (only because I didn't check my spam folder) I received a quick and kind response. We will be returning in the future!

Nice and secluded

Really enjoyed the stay. Trees nicely block view of the 2 neighbour's and you feel as if you are all alone. Four wheel drive will be necessary in snow but any car will be fine in the warmer months.

Amazing Mountain View

We loved our stay. We spent hours on the deck watching the clouds roll through the valley and watching the sunset. Secluded and yet a shirt easy drive into town. Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a nearby.

Love this location

Such a peaceful and serene location. I barely moved from the porch. The view of the mountains was stunning, i did not want to leave.

True to name: Majestic Mountain View.

Cozy and private cabin with a BEAUTIFUL view. Porch faces south so no sun in your eyes.Well stocked with kitchen utensils and cookware. Comfortable beds. A great place for a stay-cation.

Fantastic views!

Everything you need for a relaxing trip to the mountains! The weather was perfect for hiking. We were there for 2 full days and we were able to get 2 hikes in both days! Devils courthouse, water rock knob, black balsam knob and part of the Soco trail. All of them were doable with 2 toddlers in back packs! Loved cruising the Blueridge Parkway as well! Soaking in the hot tub each night was a plus after a day of hiking!

Fly fishing festival

We stayed in town for the 1st annual fly fish festival. Loved the cabin, the view and the relaxing hot tub.

Beautiful Cabin

We very much enjoyed our stay at Majestic Outlook! The view was beautiful and the cabin was cozy. We loved that the cabin had binoculars. The whole booking, check in and check out process was simple. Would definitely stay here again.
