Gorgeous and updated waterfront condo!

This property is located between St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach on an island with easy access. It has a waterfront location on Boca Ciega Bay which provides beautiful views both day and night. There is assigned parking directly outside the door of this first floor unit for quick and easy access.

This condo is truly a home with all the amenities you would want in your own home. The condo is maintained in immaculate condition so you never have to worry about the quality of the home or the furnishings. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for gourmet cooking if that is what you like to do. And, perhaps best of all, the views from the living room and the master bedroom are stunning!

Inside the unit you will find a beautifully furnished condo with a modern chef's kitchen, leather power reclining furniture in the living room, two bedrooms and two full baths plus a den with a desk and a sofa. High speed internet is included as well as cable TV in the living room and both bedrooms.

The deck on the back provides direct access to a sandy beach. From the deck you can enjoy watching the frequent dolphin visitors and the gorgeous Florida wildlife. There is fun-to-watch boat traffic going past the condo to pass under the road bridge which is just off to the left of the deck.

In the late afternoon, we enjoy many spectacular waterfront sunsets. And steps away, there is a beautiful pool and hot tub which overlook Boca Ciega Bay (this is the best pool around!).

When you walk through the door, you will see that the owners have taken care of the details to make this a great place for a getaway. The quality of the furnishings and the condition of the condo are top notch. When you want to go out and about, there are multiple gorgeous beaches within just a couple minutes drive or a short bike ride. Fabulous restaurants abound in every direction.

This property has it all and we welcome guests who appreciate the best!
Note: Must book the entire month for reservations in January or February.

The condo was beautiful, it was immaculately maintained by the owners. You couldn’t ask for a better view. It’s right on the water. Terrific access to many beautiful beaches and restaurants. We had a great vacation and the host was terrific!

Wonderful stay

Hated to leave. Everything about the condo was perfect: comfortable furniture, well-stocked kitchen, tastefully decorated, roomy, great view and parking right outside the door.

February in Paradise

The condo was perfect for our group of 4 adults. The kitchen was well appointed and was very much appreciated because we like to cook. There were plenty of towels, sheets, and blankets. The condo had a wonderful view of the water from the patio and it was an easy walk to the pool. We were located near all our favorite restaurants and beaches and look forward to our stay next February!

Amazing

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was so clean and everything was perfect, the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a lovely view of the bay and the host was very accommodating. Thank you Jerry for making our stay very enjoyable. We would stay there again.

Great Stay

We had a great time at this condo, well equipt and located in the area that we like the most, near Fort de Soto and St Petes Beach. The owner of the condo (Jerry) was very easy to work with, good conversations and fast replys. We would book tis unit again if it's free when and if we return in the future to the area! //Mattias

Just like home...BUT BETTER!

Everything from making the reservation, to check-in, to check-out went smooth as silk. The gracious host made sure that we had everything we needed right away. The condo was gorgeous, clean, comfortable and had a lovely view of the bay. It was the best stocked rental we've ever stayed in. The location is perfect for easy access to St. Petersburg, St. Pete Beach and Fort Desoto Park. We stayed for a month and enjoyed every minute. Thank you so much Jerry for making our vacation so special. We would definitely love to visit again some day.

Escape from upstate NY

Overall, we loved the place! Spotless. Totally functional and comfortable. Steps from the tennis courts. Short walk to awesome pool. The location is totally convenient to St. Pete Beach, Pass-a-Grill, Treasure Island, St. Pete. Owners were responsive to our every question. We truly enjoyed every day!

Excellent Condo

This is a really excellent Condo. Well furnished and decorated, it has obviously been lovingly maintained and updated. Great views over Boca Ciega bay! Jerry is a great host, everything was well prepared in advance and he sorted out the only small issue we had at the outset very quickly by phone. The community is very well maintained. The only thing that we were not keen on was the close proximity of the Pinellas Bayway road bridge with the associated traffic noise.

Amazing condo!!

The condo was perfect. We stayed for 3 months (June - August) and enjoyed every day. The condo offers spectacular sunset views across Boca Ciega Bay and you could watch dolphins and manatees swim by on a regular basis. If you like to exercise there's an extensive trail/path system that runs directly past the condo enterance. It's location on Bayway Isles is fantasitic. You can be in downtown St. Petersburg in 10 minutes or St. Pete Beach in 3 minutes giving you the ability to take in everything the city has to offer. The condo is self is well maintained, clean and stocked with anything you could need. It was by far the most well stocked VRBO I've ever stayed in. The owners were extremely nice, thourough and responsive. If you're looking for a place to stay in the St. Pete area you will not be dissapointed.

I stayed at this condo Jan-Feb 2019. It is a GREAT place to relax and spend time with the family!

The living room has enough seating for everyone to sit around and talk. The TV has all the channels you could want to watch, especially ESPN and the SEC network. The internet and cable did not fail us at any time. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms on a split floor plan was ideal. Everyone had their privacy to retire for the night while others stayed up to watch TV. We loved the kitchen. It was big enough for several of us to be in it preparing meals and drinks. It had all the appliances you could need, especially a Keurig coffee pot. Plus, there were red wine, white wine, martini and bourbon glasses. It was so nice having the laundry room inside the condo, with a full-size washer and dryer. There is also a clothes rack for the clothes you don’t want to put in the dryer. The deck is great for drinking your morning coffee while watching the dolphins swim. The kids can walk down the steps and play in the sand while you use the grill for that evening’s steaks. You can walk down to the sand area to get closer to the water to watch the dolphins. There was always happy hour and after dinner drinks on the deck. The heated pool was never crowded. There were plenty of loungers at the pool and the hot tub was great, too! You should buy a Sun Pass if you are staying awhile and will be going back and forward off the island. The toll is reduced to .54 cents from $1 if you have the Sun Pass! The Fort De Soto Park is a short distance drive from the condo. It has very nice playgrounds for the kids and great beaches for family play! The owners are very nice people! They were close by in case we had any questions or problems but we did not! We would definitely stay here again!!

Perfektes Apartment perfekter Service!

Wir waren schon in vielen gemieteten Apartments aber dieses hier war das Beste! Die Sauberkeit ist einzigartig und man fühlt sich wirklich, wie wenn man nach Hause kommt. Hier ist wirklich alles vorhanden an dass man denken kann. Einige Beispiel: Spielsachen für kleine Kinder, große Kinder und Familien. Bücher und Geschirr sind auch vorhanden selbst für die Kinder, wie gesagt. Wenn man vor der Tür den kleinen Raum unter der Treppe aufmacht, findet man dort alles, was man für den Strand benötigt oder den Pool. Und wie geschrieben alles in bestmöglichen Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit den zwei Jerrys war ausgesprochen gut. Das einzige, was man bedenken muss, ist, dass das Apartment Rechner an einer Brücke liegt und es in den frühen Morgenstunden und abends doch ein wenig rauscht. War für uns kein Problem aber wenn man damit sensibel ist, dann könnte einem das stören.

Home away from home!

We really loved the location. We had all the things we needed to enjoy our stay. Condo fully equipped with necessities. Close to everything. Grocery stores, Walmart right around the corner. So much to do in any direction. Awesome pool and hot tub only minutes from the door. Very clean with great amenities. Owners are very helpful and quick to respond with any issues that may arise. We will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very nice condo

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The best part of the experience was watch the many dolphins playing in the water directly off the back deck. Just a note to others renting the property. There is a $1 toll each time you drive back to the condo once you leave the small island it is on. Great property. Great view. Would stay again.

Amazing stay

We loved this condo and the location. The sunsets, dolphin, manatee are spectacular. The layout works very well and the owners are a dream to work with and take very good care of their property. The full time residents, security folks-everyone is just so friendly. It’s so easy to get everywhere from here. Thanks for a great month!

Absolutely wonderful property.

My fiancé and I had one of the best vacations ever at Isla Key. The location was convenient to both downtown St. Pete and the beaches, as well as a host of great restaurants. The condo itself is beautiful. The decor is perfect, very well appointed. The view from both bedrooms and the deck is gorgeous. The visits from the dolphins and the resident pelican were a great bonus. I love the kitchen. It was very well equipped and user friendly. Oh, and the pool is gorgeous and right on the water. It was never crowded. I highly recommend this property and would love to visit again!

Rejuvenating Escape

Loved our stay @ Isla Key! In addition to the beautiful water views and daily dolphin visits, we loved the easy 1st floor walk up, convenient parking, clean, comfortable & well-appointed kitchen, baths, bedrooms & laundry and the 4 reclining chairs to relax in after a busy day, Tennis enthusiasts would love the 2 well-kept courts and the pool is spacious and relaxing with stunning views. Easy access to beaches on west or downtown St Pete’s to the northeast. A great value & experience!

Beautiful sunsets!

The condo is beautifully decorated and furnished very comfortably. We saw dolphins daily right from the living room windows and gorgeous sunsets every evening. The grounds and pool area are very nicely maintained . We highly recommend renting here.

Little Bit of Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our three-month stay at Isla Key. The condo was lovely and beautifully appointed, especially the kitchen which was new. The view from the living room and the deck was spectacular! We saw dolphins almost every single day. Watching pelicans, cormorants, sea gulls, ibises was another treat. The location was perfect for trips to Pass-a-Grille, St. Pete Beach, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tampa. Lots to do and see. Great local eateries, beautiful surroundings in which to stroll, lovely beaches, and no snow to shovel! What could be better? You'll love your stay in Isla Key.

The location provides quick access to many of the best beaches in Florida as well as the exciting city of St. Petersburg. Even better, we do not have the heavy traffic found in some of the other Florida cities. This place is a great condo in a superb location!
