My second stay at this property, and just as pleasant as the first stay! Love the pool area, and private deck in the condo. Will be back!!

Loved this condo! It was prefect for my short stay in St. Pete for work. Well stocked and everything you need, including a washer and dryer in the unit! Loved the balcony overlooking the bay…..watched the dolphins this morning while having my coffee. Will definitely try to stay here again! Excellent hosts!!

Comfortable unit with a beautiful bay view. Plenty of amenities and close to the points of interest we wanted to investigate!

Wonderful stay for my parents and nephew. My Dad has a difficult time getting around but this place was easy for him to navigate. My nephew thoroughly enjoyed the pool. And the view was amazing even being on the 1st floor. Amazing rate for such a prime location. Will definitely try to book again when my family visits again.

Wonderful get away.

Another Wonderful Stay

My wife and I had a another great stay and we really enjoyed the spectacular view from the balcony. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Glenn was super and he helped us when we left a few items of clothes behind. I highly recommend Glenn and his condo!

Nice and relaxing

Great vacation. Property was well maintained and had everything we needed. Enjoyed every minute! Of course the best view of the bay. Ordered take out for dinner because you can't get this beautiful atmosphere at a restaurant. Thank you Glenn

Loved the condo. Perfect location, beautiful views. Unit was clean and easy to access. Only complaint was pool/hot tub deck area. It closed at dusk, which was about 545 6pm. We;d get back from a day out and didn't have any time to enjoy a soak or play in the pool.

Perfect getaway

We had a nice short stay. The kitchen had useful things like condiments. The view was really tranquil facing toward the dock and water. We loved the deck. There were plenty of towels. When we arrived the room was clean. Not too far from Target, mall, beaches.

Perfect

We have stayed in this unit more than once and will stay again. Condo is well stocked, beds are comfy, plenty of linens, unit was clean and ready to go. We did have a small issue (totally out of Glenn’s control) and Glenn was quick to solve it. The views and amenities are top notch. You can’t beat this place!!

Awesome all around

I’m so glad I carefully read through reviews for each rental I was looking into for this specific stay. The condo was perfect for so many reasons. The owner has this set up to really make good use of a small space. We absolutely loved how peaceful and tranquil it was just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the views. It’s exactly what we needed for this trip. The location was perfect. A Target, Walmart and Wawa right by us, Madeira beach not even 10 minutes away, St Pete beach 15 minutes away. Overall I highly suggest booking this VRBO. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Glenn!

Already planning my next visit

Glenn and Maria's place is perfect. It was so nice being on the bay, I saw dolphins almost every day during my stay. This side of the building is very quiet and peaceful, umbrella provided on the balcony for shade as the afternoon sun is bright. The condo was equipped with everything needed to cook meals. The black out shades in the bedroom were nice to get some extra sleep. There was ample parking in the lot so that was never a concern. They do have carts to make loading and unloading even easier. Upon my arrival I noticed extra touches made to show that housekeeping really took care in making sure the place was clean for new guests. The location is very convenient with many restaurants and stores near by. The hosts were very accommodating and I was easily able to reach them with any questions I had during my stay.

Nice place

Owner was easy to contact and very helpful. View is wonderful -- dolphins, birds and boats. Nice place with everything you could ever wish for -- and more.

This place is perfect!

This place is located in a great spot close to beaches shopping and has a great view the owners were always quick to respond to all my questions as well if you are looking for a great place to stay this is it trust me! Super clean as well.

Loved Our Stay

Great location, close to everything! The resort was quiet, family oriented and clean. The pool area was nice. No issues whatsoever, for the money it is a prefect stay. We will be back again!
