Welcome to the newly renovated (8/18) "R&R Retreat" ocean view condo in desirable Surfside Beach. Pristine Surfside Beach boasts a "family friendly" atmosphere. This first floor condo sits one row from the beach with ocean view from your private balcony. Only steps from the beach with great beach access. The complex is small with excellent parking and has a very large pool for Pelican Pass guests. Centrally located in close proximity to Myrtle Beach, Garden City and Murrell's Inlet with many attractions to include golf, restaurants, shopping, outdoor activities and MUCH MORE. Linen package can be provided for $100.00.

We are extremely excited and pleased with the renovation. New paint, flooring, furniture and fixtures/accessories. Our condo is larger than the typical 2 bedroom - 2 bath you will find in the area. It is fully furnished and waiting for you! One other positive is the pool and parking which is located just steps from the condo. The pool is a full sized pool.

This was one of the cleanest places I've stayed, which is very important to me. It's in a great location as well. We were able to walk to the beach each day. It's close to several restaurants. Roger was kind and very responsive, we'll definitely be back!

Condo was everything we needed for our stay. Beach access is practically right across from the unit. Roger is a terrific host and responded to all questions promptly. Would definitely stay again.

Great vacation spot

We had a great stay at our rental condo! It was a perfect location to walk to the beach and also the new pier area. Condo was clean and recently remodeled! Had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool was also clean and well maintained! Would definitely stay there again!

Ken, thanks for your timely review. We offer a linen package at a very reasonable price. Most Realty companies offer linen packages which are ~ $40.00 higher. We try to make it very clear that linen packages are available for an additional charge through the VRBO web-site and the rental agreement. In the future I will do a better job communicating this. Hopefully this did not cause a major concern. Thank you for renting our condo and look forward to seeing you again in the future.

The location was perfect. A short walk across the street to the beach. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars! The condo was clean and homey! We hope to book again next year!

Great fall family beach vacation!

Our family loved this property! It is located in a very clean and quiet area of Surfside Beach and has plenty of parking. Short walk across the street to public beach access and large pool right outside our door. We had everything we needed in the condo and especially enjoyed the deck overlooking Ocean Blvd while having coffee or snacks. We will definitely be back during an off season vacation-thank you!!

This property was absolutely perfect for my family. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bath worked so well for us. Plenty of space! Super cute and has everything you need. Beautiful pool and just steps away from the beach. Roger was fantastic to deal with also. Always was very prompt at getting back with me. Even had a small issue with our air conditioner while there and he had someone on it so fast and back up and running in no time. I have zero complaints. I will deff stay here again if I visit south side again!

Condo was centrally located in beautiful Surfside Beach. It was clean and very comfortable. Had to contact host and he was very responsive and helpful. I would give this property 5 stars.

I stayed in Myrtle Beach for years. Luckily I found this property in Surfside Beach. The locals prefer to keep Surfside Beach a secret! It is a quiet community within minutes of all the attractions you can imagine. After renting and owning here, there's no other place I'd rather stay!

Surfside Beach is centrally located south of Myrtle Beach. It is family friendly without all the hotels, etc. Most of the buildings in the area are condo's and single family homes. It is just minutes from all the main attractions that the area has to offer.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Pelican Pass is a small condo complex with two buildings with a total of 18 units. It is quiet and always clean. The city takes really good care of the area. We used to stay in Myrtle Beach until we found the Surfside Beach get away. The police department does a great job of patrolling the area. All of the owners and tenants are extremely friendly.
