Cozy, beautiful view and listening to ocean was relaxing on balcony. Host was efficient in communication and everything was perfect for arrival and departure.

The condo was a perfect stay for my husband and I. The place was clean, stocked with anything we needed and the host was easy to communicate with gave clear instructions on the check in and check out process. Very happy the overall experience.

This place was perfect for a small family at a resonable price. It was clean and the communication with the host was phenomenal. The extra amenities like the hats, bag, beach chairs and umbrella were a nice addition touch. The view fromthe balcony was amazing and couldn’t have asked for easier access to the beach without being on the beach.

Beach and pool oh my!

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice being so close to the beach and having a pool on the premises was a bonus! The place was clean and as stated in description.

Surfside weekend

This little spot was perfect for a weekend. The location was great and we loved sitting in the covered porch at night, hearing the ocean and hanging out with our family!

Family Vacation

The location was perfect. I preferred it to be right across the street so we had more privacy and this met our expectations. I love how it had a pool so we could relax there after the beach. It was our first time to the Myrtle Beach area and we will definitely be back!

Loved this Condo —and Owner

This is a darling condo and Ashton has clearly put thought and effort into making it cozy, yet modern. We had everything we needed during our stay and Ashton responded to us within minutes when I contacted her. Highly recommended for a small family. We will be back!

Had a wonderful stay. The property manager was more than accommodating. The condo is in a nice area for beach lovers. May want to mention that one must climb three set of stairs to get to the condo. If I had known I would have packed more less heavy bags. Would stay.

Great outdoor patio to sit and joy evenings listening to the ocean. The condo is on 3rd floor with lots of stairs. Everything you may need is in the room. The secondary room has a very (very!) hard twin bed.

The things we liked about this rental, where the beautiful wide porch, the fact that you could look out and see and hear the ocean from this second row rental, and that the apartment had all the essentials one needed to be comfortable. The difficult thing is that it’s a third floor walk up and you have to be prepared to carry all your things up three floors. Once you’re there though you will be quite comfortable. It is a small apartment but has everything you need for a lovely short stay in the area.

Great property for a family of four and the beach is great. There is a good view from the large balcony and and bed room even though it is not on the beach. The beach is not crowded and lots of great space to relax. The host is very responsive and receptive to requests.
