Lakey Stars is an excellent Lookout location directly across from one of the pools and the coffee shop. Beautifully equipped pet friendly home with everything we needed for a fun relaxing vacation.

Visiting the lookout has become an annual tradition and we look forward to our next stay! This community (and this home specifically) is perfect for a family with a pet and children.

Lakey Stars

Across the street from the pool and playground. Appreciated the "shuttle" to and from the lake beach, very helpful for little legs! The house is beautiful and spacious.

Girls trip

Loved this place! The place was very clean, did not hear any construction noises, and beds were comfortable. I loved that they have the essentials; spices, cookware, grill and even games/toys. I would recommend and come back again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The setting was beautiful with plenty of space, making it a very comfortable place to relax. The home itself had a lot of charm and great potential. That said, it could use some general maintenance—such as fixing the refrigerator’s ice issues and changing the air filters, which seemed overdue. Overall though, it was a very nice stay, and with a little upkeep, it would be perfect.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and community are very nice as always. This time the house right next to us was under construction and that was disappointing. The manager did help me with that though.The other thing that was pretty disappointing was that the "Quiet Hours" were never enforced whatsoever. A few nights there was significant noise well past 11:00pm but on Saturday night (Sunday morning) there was yelling and shouting until 1:45AM. We are told that the quiet hours are monitored an enforced. This is clearly not the case.

Early Summer Lake Trip

Memorial Day @ Lakey Stars

The main floor layout is great for family gatherings and taking in the lake view. The bedrooms and bathrooms are small and not as nicely finished as other houses at Lookout. EV charging worked well.

Wonderful stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was wonderful, it had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the location was great! Close to the lake tram and across the street from the pool. They even had a bottle of wine waiting for us! We couldn't figure out how to start the firepits, so some instructions on how to do that would be nice. Maybe they were out of propane? The igniter seemed to work, but just didn't catch. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Good, but not perfect

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, cute house but definitely have things to improve. The grill was broken. Maintenance guy brought a new one. The master bedroom had a weird stinky smell if you close all the windows. It was coming out from the room with the water heater. Maintenance guy just brought a refresher. Quality of the skillets are bad, everything gets burn super quick. Also, I found a bug in my beach towel.

Great location and house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lakey Stars was a perfect setup for our family. The house is right across Hilltop park and pool which makes it very convenient to go back and forth between activities and getting the kids situated for meals or naps. The property was clean, though maintenance could be better. Both of the showers were clogged so water would backup which should be an easy fix but not ideal to deal with that for a week. The house is furnished well and each room was perfectly setup. The blackout shades helped to ensure we all had a good nights sleep. There were plenty of toys for the kids and chairs to bring down to the lake. Would have appreciated a better working vacuum. Wouldn't be an issue if we only stayed for a few days, but a week warrants a vacuum with the kiddos and pup. Definitely would recommend, and hope the showers get fixed!

Property management is useless

Property had no functioning porch lights which I had to tell them twice before they even looked at it. Then there answer was to remove the fluorescent light bulb, shake it, and say it sounds like it should work. Also the oven rack comes out on its own which almost burned me several times. We advised the management company and they said that a 400 degree rack should come flying out at you when you open the oven. Obviously the stove isn’t level but they couldn’t understand that. The electric door lock is the biggest pain to use and doesn’t work right half the time. Information about the benefits of the property like the shuttle service to the beach is very limited like they don’t really want you to know about it.

Adorable home, great location!

We had a great stay at this home while in Chelan for a wedding. The location was super convenient, and the house was nice with everything we needed. The only callout I would make sure to highlight is that there is limited parking - only enough room for 3 cars, so plan accordingly!

Great stay

It was all very easy to rent/check in/check out. The place was lovely with lots of extras in the house. Super clean and well cared for. But the community is still being built so construction noise would wake us on some days.
