Welcome to SOLAR, a spacious one-bedroom flat located at 45 Avenue des Baumettes, in a quiet, residential neighbourhood of Nice. It is located on the second floor and is accessible by lift.



You’ll appreciate its generous floor space, its large balcony offering unobstructed views, and its cosy living room with dining area. The separate bedroom, fitted kitchen and functional bathroom with separate toilet make this apartment an ideal base from which to explore Nice.



Situated on the Baumettes hill, the apartment enjoys a peaceful setting whilst remaining close to the city centre. Please note that there is a climb to reach the flat. However, steps provide easy access to the city centre, where you will be just a few minutes’ walk from the sea, the beaches and Nice’s must-see attractions: Carré d’Or, Promenade des Anglais, the pedestrianised street, Place Masséna and the Old Town. A nearby bus stop allows you to get around Nice and the surrounding area with ease.



Please note: The included parking is communal, with no allocated spaces and limited availability. On request and subject to availability, it is possible to book a private parking space located a 10-minute walk away for an additional fee.

Amazing full apartment

Perfect spot to stay with full kitchen, bath, washing machine, 3 balconies and elevator access. Easy 8-10 walk to beach and Promenade des Anglais; grocery, shops, restos even closer. Only thing to note is that you must retrieve keys from alt location (very close by) so I did 2 stops with my Uber driver and it was fast and easy! Would definitely stay again.

Nice stay in Baumettes Quarter

The property fitted with our needs, with the surroundings, the proximity of "promenade des anglais".Just , the apartment need to be improved, with the furniture that are a little old, but the bed in the bedroom was comfortableThe conciergery was very reactive with us

Excellent service

I've been living in this apartment for several months. The apartment has good location in a quiet area and close walking distance to the centre of Nice, and the beach. Beautiful, clean and modern apartment. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Nice outside terrace with a garden vue, and bedroom was very comfortable. Fantastic value! Nothing everything was excellent

Not what expected.

We have stayed at many VRBO apartments in France before so we are used to most conditions. This apartment proved to be lacking. First the bed was not comfortable for 2 normal sized adults. The frame was a bit unstable and the mattress sloped inward leaving it difficult to share. In fact one of us took turns sleeping on the couch. Next the owner did not supply the basics: there was little toilet paper, no paper towels or napkins, one small soap. We had to purchase this as was difficult because small amounts are difficult to find. Next the furniture was very worn out and old looking. The pictures that were posted were not at all accurate. On the American listing it stated there was air conditioning but in fact there were only fans The one good thing was it’s location.

Wonderful apartment with a great location

Нам квартира очень понравилась, мы были в ней более месяца. Локация: очень удачное расположение, до набережной пешком минут 7, очень удобно ходить на пробежку по утрам. Правда сама квартира находится на небольшом склонен на набережную нужно идти вниз, а вот обратно вверх. Магазины находятся примерно в 10 минут ходьбы, надо спуститься с горки и обратно идти в горку. При этом в квартире есть тележка на колёсиках, которая нам была очень полезна для покупок. Мы бы не раздумывая поселились в этой квартире снова и снова. Сама квартира: 2 большие комнаты, отдельная спальня и гостинная с кухней совмещены. Все очень чистое и хорошее. В спальне большой шкаф для хранения вещей и комод. При входе также есть шкаф для вещей. Очень функциональная кухня, есть все, что нужно. Кофеварка есть - капельная. Электроплита индукционная. 3 балкона, выход из каждой комнаты (кухня/гостинная/спальня). На балконе есть столик и стулья, мы очень часто там завтракали с прекрасным видом на небольшой парк и замок. Дом, в котором квартира, очень чистый и хороший, уборка почти ежедневно, все всегда идеально. Сервис: без лишних слов, идеальный. По приезду отметили пару вещей, исправили мгновенно, мы даже не поняли как так быстро. Все в приложении, очень удобно. Очень советуем данную квартиру. We liked the flat very much, we were in it for more than a month. Location: very good location, 7 minutes walk to the seafront, very convenient to go for a jog in the morning. However, the flat itself is on a slight slope to the promenade and you have to walk down but back up. The shops are about 10 minutes walk, you have to go down the hill and back up the hill. That said, there is a wheeled trolley in the flat which was very useful for our shopping. We would not hesitate to stay in this flat again and again. The flat itself: 2 large rooms, separate bedroom and living room with kitchen combined. Everything is very clean and good. The bedroom has a large storage cupboard and a chest of drawers. At the entrance there is also a wardrobe for belongings. Very functional kitchen, has everything you need. There is a coffee machine - drip. Electric cooker induction. 3 balconies, exit from each room (kitchen/living room/bedroom). There is a table and chairs on the balcony, we had breakfast there very often with a lovely view of the small park and castle. The house the flat is in is very clean and nice, cleaning almost daily, everything is always perfect. Service: without further ado, perfect

Для спокойного отдыха

Квартира находится на возвышенности в спокойном и приятном районе, где живут в основном местные. Предоставляется парковка. Квартира чистая и в хорошем состоянии, современная кухня, есть всё необходимое. Никакого шума, терасса с видом на сад. До моря пешком 15 минут, обратно приходится подниматься в гору. Центр и магазины, рестораны примерно в 20 минутах пешком.

Appartement calme et service réactif

L'appartement se situe un peu à l'écart du centre ce qui le rend très calme. Mais il suffit de marcher 5 minutes pour rejoindre le bord de mer donc il reste tout de même proche des activités. A notre arrivée l'appartement était bien nettoyé et nous avons eu le frigidaire remplis comme nous l'avions commandé :)
