However, steps provide easy access to the city centre, where you will be just a few minutes’ walk from the sea, the beaches and Nice’s must-see attractions: Carré d’Or, Promenade des Anglais, the pedestrianised street, Place Masséna and the Old Town. A nearby bus stop allows you to get around Nice and the surrounding area with ease.



Please note: The included parking is communal, with no allocated spaces and limited availability. On request and subject to availability, it is possible to book a private parking space located a 10-minute walk away for an additional fee.
