A beautiful apartment in the heart of old Nice. The beach is right across the street. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Stanislas was very quick to respond to any of our questions. The stairs will humble you, but it makes the trip fun!

Perfect location, view of city, 5th floor (great exercise doing stairs... Made up for all the delicious food and wine in the area:-), had everything we could possibly need. Would definitely stay again!

The air conditioning proved inadequate for both rooms, particularly with extreme heat in the second bedroom. We contacted the host on Tuesday regarding this issue, but he didn't respond until 2 days later. During that time, we were forced to purchase a fan just so we could sleep.

Our stay at this rental property was great! It's perfectly located in the heart of old Nice, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The host gave clear instructions for easy check-in & check-out. Would definitely stay here again!

The location of this apartment is fabulous. You're in the old town, just metres from the beach and it's quiet and quirky. The second bed is now a proper bed rather than a futon (which was appreciated), and it's in the kitchen/living area rather than in a second bedroom, but we were already expecting this from the photos. The apartment is compact and on the fifth floor and there is no lift, so pack light and enjoy being in the centre of Nice.

Ideal location

First trip to Nice and this apartment was in the middle of everything. One block to the beach with restaurants and shops all steps away. Everything was accurate and well communicated.

Amazing Location, Great Space!

This apartment is in a fantastic location right next to the promenade and beach in old town Nice. The location is unbeatable! The apartment was very clean and nicely renovated. The air conditioning was amazing for the hot summer days. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved it here!

It was so cute and the perfect amount of space! You’re right next to the beach and you’re in the heart of old town, everywhere is walkable! The lockbox is a little confusing to find because there are 3 around each other and there are like 7 sets of steep stairs but it’s not that bad and was great for the location and price!
