**LOCATION**
Located at the base of Park City Ski Resort, this condo has been completely remodeled. This unit has been fitted with brand-new furnishings, linens, and appliances. Before your arrival, the home will be cleaned thoroughly by our professional cleaning team. Setup in a chalet style, the property has a shared front entrance with individual key access units inside. Shared washer and dryer on-site.

**GETTING AROUND**
You won't need a car to get around. We're also located next to the free bus route that will take you anywhere you need to go in Park City. If you want a car please contact us for car rental information and recommendations. Parking for one car only!

Cute little Chalet right at the base of PCMR. Great storage for skis and gear, parking and on-site laundry, and cozy rooms with all the amenities at a great rate. Highly recommended for a couple of ski buddies on a weekend trip!

Ridiculously close to the mountain and to the buses that take you everywhere. 20 minute walk downtown if you prefer to walk. Ski lockers are generally large. Hosts very responsive and accommodating. Good price. Great for solo travelers just looking to get on the mountain.

Highly Recommend

The property was clean, conveniently located and the beds were very comfortable. The management company is quick to respond and provides clear instructions for check in and check out. I would stay here again.

Great location / walking distance to lift

The place is located just a few minutes walking to the lift (Park City Lodge) / you don't need to worry about parking, driving. If you want to go to the city centre (main shops & restaurants) you can catch the bus in front of the lodge for free - it is just a mile away. Room was pretty clean - we had a lot of fun (great time).

Awesome location for this cozy studio

Couldn't be closer to the slopes without actually being on them. The management team also went above and beyond answering questions and granting extending our checkout to help us match our pickup time for our trip back to the airport. The studio was cozy but a perfect location for access to the slopes.

Such a cut little property. We went for summer activities, but if we were skiing!! Ahhhh heck yeah! Two twin beds was actually kind of fun. We felt like kids !!

The Acorn chalets boast a five minute walk to the Park City ski lifts and a 15 minute walk to downtown Old Park City, making the location unbeatable for convenience. Chalet rooms #4 is a clean, cozy dorm-like room with a en-suite shower. The chalet includes a downstairs locker for holding ski equipment, so you can leave your equipment downstairs instead of hauling damp skis/boards into your room. We experienced a few mechanical issues with the A/C fan and a bathroom fan, but the host is very reponsive via text.

The unit could have been more thoroughly cleaned. There were random items on the floor under bed and debris on the nightstand. Otherwise the location and vibe was very nice. It’s a very cute chalet overall

Perfect location

Exactly as stated. Very small but was fine because we spent little time in the unit. If you only need a place to shower and sleep it is great. Easy storage for skis within the entryway. Laundry onsite. Great location just a very small walk to Payday lift. Easy 10 min walk to Park City with lots of restaurants. Communication with host was wonderful. Very responsive. We plan to stay here again.

Good Room - Close to PCMR base

Great location if you just need a place to base out of to ski. Room and bathroom were exactly what I expected. Ski storage was good as well. 3 minute walk to the PCMR base area. Wish the hosts would have responded to my text messages and voicemail about an early check-in and late checkout. Never heard back after 2 text messages (before arrival in town) and voicemail (on day of arrival).

Perfect Location!!

My husband and son went for a weekend ski trip and the location was perfect. They walk across the street and it's Park City Mountain. The condo is exactly like the picture. The direction to access the door was very easy. They had a little issue with other guest using their ski locker. We email Luke and he reply within 10 minutes and property manager, Paul, also responded within 10 minutes and problem solve. I would recommend this condo. We will book again for a weekend ski trip.

Perfect for a Mother and Son Ski Trip

This was our first time, of many, to Park City and we will definitely stay here again! I was pleasantly surprised how convenient the location was to the ski slopes and the bus stop to Main Street. This little room with two twin beds was just right for my son and I. We loved the comfy beds, the window view, the sun lamp in the bathroom, the keypads so we didn’t have to have keys or cards to carry, the quaint decor and the convenience to the base of Park City. It was easy to store our skis and be the first ones on the slopes every morning. The refrigerator and microwave was good for the one time we saved delicious left overs for a snack the next day. There were plenty of places at the base for coffee and breakfast every morning. We took the bus at night to dinner on Main Street. Staying at the Acorn Chalet was a treat! See you next year!

Not sure if I am receiving any refund.

I replied via e-mail and text stating that one of us broke their foot and will be checking out Monday night (Sunday checkin, Monday 4PM checkout.) No response if I will be receivng any partial refund for only staying 1 night instead of 5.

Everything I could ask for

This little studio was exactly what my mom and I needed for her birthday ski trip. The location is absolutely wonderful so close to base, but just far enough to feel homey. The location made for a easy walk to town that I ended up looking forward to each day for dinner. The place was pristine and clean and the ski lockers provided very convenient storage.

The host was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the Payday Lift. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I would absolutely stay here again

Great stay. Small suggestions

Buy some beds that have dresser drawers below them would help with luggage storage. Other wise excellent experience and very close to ski lifts. Would do again

Awesome place to stay

We spent 4 nights here for a long weekend, location can't be beat. Place is clean and well kept, beds super comfy. Amy who runs Acorn Chalet super cool and helpful. Will def stay here again on future trips.

The BEST location you could ask for.

You’re just a 1-block walk to the lifts and shops at the base of the mountain and an easy walk to the shops and Resturants in town. The place has everything you need, including lockers for your gear. Luke and the management team are amazing. Don’t miss this great spot.
