Remodeled in Fall 2024, this stylish Park City studio is your perfect base—whether you're skiing, attending Sundance, or unwinding. Enjoy a king bed, 65” Smart TV, kitchenette, and EV charger (for a fee). Steps from the free shuttle and minutes from Main Street, you're close to everything. Relax in the seasonal pool and year-round hot tub (just 100 yards away). Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or remote workers seeking a mountain escape.

Located on the second floor (via one flight of outdoor stairs), our studio is stylish, cozy, and smartly laid out. The space shares walls with other units, so while most guests enjoy peaceful stays, you may hear hallway activity during busy seasons. You’re also near the building’s entrance—making access easy and quick, especially with ski gear or groceries.

You’ll have full, private access to the studio, plus shared access to the year-round hot tub and seasonal outdoor pool—located about 100 yards from your building, near the check-in office.

Room was as described and looked exactly like the photos. It was very clean! Communication with the host was excellent. Check-in process was easy. End unit so easy to find and near parking.

Such a wonderful condo. Sparkly clean, all the amenities needed for a 2 day stay. Town bus directly outside the building…which was great for traveling to Main Street. Hosts are very responsive.Highly recommended!

The facility and/or room was superb, the only issue we had was with the parking we had to park a long way away from the building we were staying in. Also, someone else in the building was cooking fish and it stunk up the whole place we had to get a candle to mask the smell. The heater was a bit problematic, but we eventually figured it out. The bed was very comfortable.

This was a great place to stay! Clean, comfortable, and at a great price point. The location was convenient for good restaurants within walking distance. The 4 star overall rating was for the AC unit. It was extremely loud. I was grateful I travel with ear plugs.

My husband and I stayed in the studio for 2 nights. Matt had sent a very detailed message to me a few days before with very clear instructions so the check in process was simple, and finding our exact unit (218) was easy. Parking was right next to our building and the staircase to the second floor was easy to find. You needed to use the key card to get into the building which I liked although I felt extremely safe in Park City. The room was exactly as it was pictured online. Extremely clean and very well appointed. Very nice bedding, towels, rugs etc. The refrigerator was small but it fit everything fine for us. All bath products were provided as well as coffee filters and coffee (we brought our own coffee.) the ac unit was on the end next to the bed and we both agreed it was a bit loud but most ac units are. Lastly, the pool and hot tub area was a little farther than we expected. It was to the side of the check in area so it was a walk through a parking lot and around a corner to get there from our unit. Not a deal breaker at all! The area was peaceful and just steps to a very nice biking/walking path with a beautiful view. We highly recommend this place!!
