Quiet, Peaceful Home

Beautiful age appropriate, gated resort, retirement community with all the amenities. There is a minimum age requirement of at least 50 years old.
The decor is casual-laid back, little bit of Rio Grande Valley!
Lovely covered porch keeps this property shaded all day long. Tiny Living at its best! Included is a nice hammock for afternoon siestas. The pictures say it all.

This is a quiet edge of the park. Lots of trees out front, and it is a great place for bird watching. Very Quiet, off the beaten path. My favorite spot!

You will have full access to on site laundry.There is basic cable in the well as Wi-Fi
Of course the whole space is yours to relax in!

Short Term Stay for Work

My husband enjoyed his stay while at work in Harrington, Sandra was a great host and was very helpful anytime he needed her assistance. Her home was clean and cozy, location was safe.

Small houses

The hostess, Sandra is so quick to respond and very accommodating in every way. The house is very clean and tho small has everything you need! When we go to visit our family I always check with Sandra for her available places because we enjoy her places and the prices are great! Resort park very clean and quiet.

Quiet and cozy

This was a very enjoyable two weeks stay. The property was as described a fit our needs. We will stay here again if the opportunity arises.

1problem

It was a nice quiet experience but I did have one bad thing, one of the land scapers, an older man called Angel shot wet grass all over the side of my new dodge challenger , he drove pass the car with the side of the riding mower that shoots out the grass. My car was load with wet grass. They told me that he has been told about this many times but he don't care. Everything else was nice and I will recommend this place to my family,, thank you very much..

Cozy and quiet

This is a very comfortable little RV tucked away in a quiet retirement park. It was perfect for a weekend getaway for my friend and me. There is one bedroom and a sleeper sofa that was surprisingly comfy! The highway is easily accessible with shopping and restaurants all within just a few minutes. Everything was very clean with a stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. There is a small stove/oven, full refrigerator, microwave, and dishes. Keep in mind that it an RV, and I think more than 2-3 people would definitely feel crowded. I was 100% satisfied and would definitely stay here again!

Clean, cozy Abode! Feel at home.

Delightful experience! Sandra, premier hostess, is very accommodating. She has done a great job of rehabbing her older mobile into an updated, nicely decorated, & best of all: perfectly clean unit. New full refrig, new flooring, 2 new TVs, new fixtures. Short to average-sized trim people will feel at home here, not large people so much, petite sink, toilet, & tub which is elevated. A very quiet, private location, & San Benito is easy access to SPI, HRL, Progreso Mexico, plus access to the fantastic pool & amenities at Fun n Sun park. We had a blast & will be back!

San Benito RV

We enjoyed staying at Sandras home. It was quiet and we were able to get a good nights rest. It is close to HEB and the beach. Very clean and had all the accommodations.

Simple Pleasures

We spent a 3 day weekend in Sandra's RV Cottage. About 45 minute drive to SPI, which we did twice. On day 3, however, we stayed put at the RV park and thoroughly enjoyed the pool & spa at property. The cottage was not new, nor was it roomy. But, it was clean, comfortable and safe. We enjoyed our time there. Sandra was easy, and enjoyable, to work with via text & email.

Been working in holistic healing for 16 years and run a Wellness Center where we provide massage therapies, yoga, meditation, ayurveda, Ideal Protein Diet, and a myriad of healing techniques in Harlingen. I am a brewer of Kombucha. Grow Sprouts, and make delicious seed crackers. You can always find me at the farmers market.

I have a passion for making every space feel good! I love to incorporate all I know as an interior designer, feng shui practitioner, and bring the ZEN to a space.
Comfort and quality is a must for a peaceful and restful stay as well as a good night sleep.

You will feel safe as the community is gated. Also the neighbors are extremely friendly. You will feel like family here.
San Benito is the perfect location to visit the surrounding cities.
I've lived here 38 years and call it home. The weather, the stores, no traffic, we have it all and I could say the valley is considered to be the "last frontier".

I fell in love with this home because of the quiet edge of the park, there is no one in front of me. It has a large tree that covers a nice section. I have GRASS, and PLANTS. It feels very nice. The home is solid and I keep all bedding's top notch so you sleep very well.
