Burton Surf Club - Lakefront with Dock 5 Bedroom Renovation - Sleeps 8

This 5 bedroom home is the ultimate family getaway. Perfect for 2 families with children, with plentiful yard space (3/4 acre lot), private dock on the tip of a quiet cove, and a 2 block (easy) walk to Anchorage Marina and Boat Dock where you can rent a boat or wave runner, use their boat ramp, or just get ice cream or a sandwich! Using my hospitality skills learned working in St. Barth's, we have furnished and stocked this home for comfort, anticipating all your vacation rental needs. The kitchen is fully stocked with new dishes, cooking bowls and utensils, pots, pans, sharp knives, serving pieces, coffee choices, and even an ice cream maker. The beds are all comfortable and have new linens, and extra blankets for those chilly Fall nights. Besides 5 bedrooms (3 kings, 6 bunks,) the screened porch is a sleeping porch. Use the beds as couches during the day, then sleep outside with the crickets and frogs at night. Enjoy 4 porches: main level screened porch, main level covered dining porch, main level deck w bird feeders and flowers, and upper level deck perfect for star gazing at night. We have a huge wood burning fireplace in the family room, and an outdoor firepit with chairs in the back yard. Four bedrooms and two baths are on main, while the basement has a large bonus room with sectional, game/puzzle table, 5th bedroom, and hall bath. The home has every game imaginable including Catan, Chess, Backgammon, Jenga, puzzles, and more. We also have a library of books we, and the previous owners, have enjoyed. There are multiple dining options on main: 6 person dining table, 6 person outdoor dining table, 4 bar stools; and 6 person table in basement bonus room. Plus, we offer 4 bicycles, 2 Stand Up Paddle Boards, life jackets, wet suits, badminton/beach tennis, corn hole, and fishing rods for your use. The house has the fastest fiber Wifi and 4 Smart TVs with Apple TVs (in living room, master bedroom, guest bedroom, and basement bonus room) with Netflix, Prime Video, and Hulu. The stainless appliances are all fairly new. We provide plenty of fluffy white Turkish cotton bath towels and beach towels. The location is fantastic, one hour and forty minutes from Buckhead Atlanta. Plus, just 5 blocks away is Farmhouse Market (formerly Burton Grill and Grocery), my second favorite restaurant in Rabun County, offering gourmet take away and sundries. My favorite restaurant, Fortify, is a 12 minute drive to downtown Clayton and rivals fancy Atlanta farm-to-table venues. My favorite store is White Birch Provisions in Clayton. They have prepared meals and all sorts of gourmet items, including our own honey (Northwood Honey). That have great coffee and breakfast items, too. You are going to love Burton Surf Club.
