This beautifully decorated two-bedroom, two-bath corner unit at South Harbor Condominiums is located on the 9th floor featuring stunning views from every room including the Gulf of Mexico, Little Sabine Bay and Santa Rosa Sound! This condo has fabulous views from every room,

Once you've parked your car, you'll not have to drive again, as you're within walking distance of most shops and restaurants on the beach. The living room offers wide open spaces and plenty of seating for everyone. After a long day at the beach, enjoy a good nights sleep on the queen sleeper sofa.

Just beyond the living room is the large kitchen which is equipped with all stainless steel appliances and is perfect for cooking your favorite seafood dish or homemade dessert. Just down the hall is the master bedroom and it offers a king bed and private bath with a tub/shower combo, plus a desk and chair if you need to do any work while on vacation. The guest bedroom also has a king bed and private bath with a stand alone shower. This condo comes with a stackable washer and dryer too!

Amazing stay

The condo was very clean and beautiful. The kitchen was amazingly equipped with everything you could dream of the view off the balcony was a real surprise to us. The location to everything was amazing. We didn’t have to drive to go to the beach, restaurants bars, any type of entertainment we would definitely stay there again.

Nice little spot in paradise

We love Pensacola. The location of this property is perfect. Just a short walk to the beach, shopping or to go eat. You really never have to get back in your car if you don’t want too. This property is nice, clean and family friendly. We will make many more trips. Already looking to book trips for 2023.

In the Heart of PCB

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful views of the water from every window on this 9th floor, spacious 2 bedroom. Coffee every morning on the patio is a must. It's in the middle of all the action and is perfect for walking everywhere. We loved that. The traffic can be a bit loud on the patio when it gets busy on the weekends. You don't hear this inside however, a real plus. Paradise has more isolated properties if you want absolute quiet. But this condo is great for lots of privacy, great views and being near everything.

Nice place, BUT...

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is in a good location for walking to the beach or shops and beautiful views. BUT it also one of the loudest locations I have stayed in terms of loud music and crazy traffic. The building had constant elevator issues - not very fun when your on the 9th floor. Beds were extremely firm. Residents were not all that friendly either...Rental Fees were outrageous.

We too were frustrated with the elevator issues for our guests and called the Home Owners Association many times for expected time of repair. The elevator issues have since been repaired and are back up and running. We're sorry to hear that the beds were too firm for you. We haven't had any complaints about them in the past but will certainly look into this matter. It appears that you made your reservation through VRBO and we have tried diligently to educate our guests about their very high service fees and to book directly through us instead to avoid those fees. We hope to see you again and please feel free to contact us for lower rates as we do not charge those extra service fees that other sites charge.

Beautiful condo - 9F and very well kept, clean and professionally run property. Safe, within walking distance of all the fun things to do in the area. BIG shout out to Joe Billingsly and his team at Paradise Beach Homes! We have stayed at the same property with other management companies only to switch units due to multiple issues. Joe helped us out and we've been with Paradise Beach Properties since. So many of the management companies have similar names - be sure to rent with PARADISE BEACH HOMES. They will ensure you are well taken care of while enjoying your beach time!

The True Meaning of R&R

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay there was very relaxing with a gorgeous view of the waters. It was walking distance from all there was to offer. Plenty of eating venues, some live performances, and you can't leave out the beach itself. We did some shopping at Alvin's Island, had lunch at The Wharf, and mingled with locals at the Hideaway Beach Bar. I think the best part of our stay was being able to see the faces of our hosts and leaving them a personal message in their welcome book. I highly recommend staying here. It was very relaxing and comfortable.

Great condo

This condo is located in the middle of everything. You can easily walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Rooms were very nice and clean and the sunsets were amazing. We did bring our boat and had no issues putting in at the local boat ramp and keeping the trailer in the parking lot for the week.

Nice condo

The condo was nice, and the kitchen was well stocked. It was a quick little walk to the beach, and we enjoyed seeing water all around us from our balcony.
